I love this fragrance!!! It’s soo unique!
First time I smelled that one was in a restaurant back in Canada and I just fell in love with it. I do recommend you Sultani Arabian oud, the best one I smelled in a while. I’m starting my collection (over 35 perfumes now) and I admire you men. Keep it up❤

I've been prejudiced against Dior Savage Just because i've heard so much about it. I've never smelled it either.
Hate how much I enjoy this fragrance lol a real guilty pleasure such an enjoyable wearing experience but I don't know why 😂
I also really enjoy the journey Santal 33 takes you on when wearing, just something about it lol
Which season does it suit best? Summer or spring
Also I think Montblanc Explorer platinum is a more modern take of this aswell with some added sweetness..i really both tho and glad I own both, nice layering combo too

while i do dislike this fragrance i do have to admit that it is one of those fragrances that you have to smell since it is so iconic and to expand your pallet

Le Labo bottles are forever, they also do online refills if you don’t have Le Labo boutiques in your town. Try to combo it with Another 13, it will give cleaner vibe and eliminate that pickle juice smell. I pray Santal 33 behind my ears, and another 13 on the bottom and back of my neck.
I'd always heard about this but I'd gone an tried it myself and it's kinda true it gives of in the drydown a pickle type scent I own a few le labo and there solid except that one ...Bergamot 22 another 13 lab bottles kinda chic" look

I just got Santal 33 in today and absolutely LOVE the scent, but bro I had the exact same reaction about the shitty atomizer they use. For fragrances that retail for $300+ you’d expect something at least like Dior quality. But whatever, I love this scent so much (and understand the hype) and want to explore their others now.

Just to make sure does it smells like pencil shavings an gasoline a bit but sexy
As soon as I smelled the pickles 🥒 I scrubbed it off.
No getting around the pickles in the opening however if you can get through it the dry down is the best part 😅

Deleted the dumbass comment I made when I bought a sample, this stuff smells good. No pickles or cucumbers at all, it’s fresh soapy & powdery to my nose.

I'm just asking because if I see the "sandalwood" note listed on a fragrance it's pass. I just assume it will smell like dill pickle juice.
And it wasn't like that before. I bought it mainly because I had sandalwood incense sticks, and they smelled sweet, creamy, powdery, flowery.... And nowhere did they smell like dill pickle juice.
