Would you camp at -20°C? 🥶 Let us know in the comments! ⛺ This was one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of our journey so far. The snowstorms, the breathtaking Colorado landscapes, and the freezing nights truly tested our limits-and we can't wait to hear your thoughts! 🌨️❄️
So honored to have your visit. Thank you. And thank you for you beautiful and authentic representation of my homeland. My family came to Colorado in the 1800’s and would be proud of how you represented the beauty of our state. The depiction of the snow and time in it was beautiful and loved watching Nacho running in the snow.
Thank you so much for your words Louisa! It means a lot to us that our depiction of Colorado resonated with you, especially given our time together! Colorado’s history and landscapes are truly special, and we’re honored to share its beauty with others. Nacho had the time of his life in the snow-i think they always recover faster than we can think about :-) Thank you for being part of it!
My Life [sic], a Coloradan, never heard of Brown's Park National Wildlife Refuge. Thanks to you, another one has been added to the bucket list, just not when it's cold! And thank you for taking care of Nacho's dew nail, too.
Thank you so much! We’re glad we could introduce you to Brown’s Park-it’s such a hidden gem! Definitely worth a visit when it’s warmer. And Nacho says thanks too; we always try to keep him comfy and happy on the road!
We love Colorado! It was great to watch the two of you embrace the temperatures and the snow. Again, Nacho looked in his element. Sorry about his injury. Keep up with the amazing storytelling, videography, photography, and journey. Stay safe! Dustin & Laurie
Thank you so much, Dustin and Laurie! We’re glad you enjoyed the snowy vibes-Colorado truly is magical. Nacho is bouncing back quickly and definitely loves the adventure as much as we do! Your kind words and support mean a lot to us. Stay safe and keep exploring!
Aw Colorado one of my favorite states to visit . So much to see and do . And winter camping has its Owen magical vibe to it . ( just plan a head and have the proper gear ) and you will be rewarded with spectacular countryside views of a winter wonder land of never ending delight . Glad nacho is ok as well as you two . Thanks for bring us along on your spectacular journey along the pan American highway . Has been very enjoyable to date . Looking forward to following you as you keep on traveling along . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) :) 🐕:) 🌎☕️😁👍🏼
Thank you so much, Steve! Colorado truly is magical, and you’re absolutely right-winter camping has its own special charm when you’re prepared. We’re glad to have you with us on this journey, and Nacho says thanks for the love! There’s so much more to come on the Pan-American Highway, and we’re excited to share it all with you. Cheers from the three of us!
When you were traveling through the San Luis Valley, did you see the Great Sand Dunes? Even if you don't visit the NP, they are visible in the distance from many places on the highway.
Thanks for asking! Yes, we did catch a glimpse of the Great Sand Dunes from the distance-the initial idea was to drive the Medano Pass to the Sand Dunes, but with the weather incoming we just wantet to have a safe place. :-)
Thanks for watching! For us, it’s not just a choice-it’s part of our lifestyle since we live and travel in our car. The weather comes with the journey, but it’s not just cold and wet. There’s a unique beauty and a calmness in these conditions that make it a truly special experience. Of course, you need the right gear and preparation-otherwise, it could end in disaster.
Vielen Dank, Martin! :-)

Beautiful environment, stunning footage, well done. And no, not sure we would camp at - 20°c...
Thanks for your feedback! :-) Haha… give it a try, but be prepared-otherwise, it might not feel quite as “romantic.” :-)

I just don’t understand why anybody would want to ‘camp’ in -20 and snow.

@jimmytwizzle7836 That's the essence of adventure
@@kaym4389 Indeed, it is! :-)
Well, if you have to ask, you wouldn’t understand the answer in the first place my friend
