Nice camera work, When did you do this trip, late August?
Thanks a lot! This was between the 21st and 31st of August-perfect timing for this trip. No mosquitoes, and we were already starting to see those beautiful fall colors!
Great photography and videography, keep it up!😊
Thank you so much 😁
Just want to say how much my wife and I are enjoying your adventures. The cinematography is absolutely beautiful (it’s one of the inspirations for some of the b-roll in my own videos) and you have such a lovely, relaxed style. You’re clearly enjoying travelling together! Thanks so much for all the work that goes into the films. (PS would have commented earlier but we watch on our TV and it’s a nightmare typing on the remote control! 🤣).
Thank you so much! We're really happy to hear that you and your wife are enjoying our adventures. It’s amazing to know that our cinematography has inspired your own videos-by the way, we had a look at your channel and you’ve got some great content! 😊 We definitely love traveling together, and it’s wonderful to be able to share those moments. Haha, we totally get the TV remote struggle! Thanks for taking the time to leave such a kind comment ! Wishing you both all the best on your adventures too.
Another great video guys That’s bread looks sooo good I could nearly taste it
Thanks mate! Ohh it was soo good, you should try it! 🙂
Coming to the states if you plan on visiting a few National parks pick up a pass there about $80 but good for most parks for a year. Also many parks may still have "timed' entries. So check there website before you go. New England has great American history. The west coast has great mountains along with the Columbia valley between Washington and Oregon boarder. The Olympics has a rain forest and some amazing coastline. Glad I came across your channel. Your laid back style is a breath of fresh air. Good luck and happy amazing travels.
Thanks a lot for the information! This is great! We’re currently near Yellowstone, and as you mentioned, we have the $80 pass. Thank you so much for your kind feedback!
Unglaublich schöne Bilder ❤
Vielen Dank Sibille ❤️

Vielen Dank Nils! Die sind immer wieder wunderschön, jedes mal aufs neue! Vielen Dank und viele Grüsse Andreea und Christian
Amazing video, keep up the great work. @lowelife_travelers
What a beautiful adventure you're having! But please, don't cuddle black bears! As for Christian's haircut: you're in the wilderness, so your haircut should be wild too 😂
Thanks a lot! Oh, not the black ones, just the brown ones? Haha… better not! They’re wild… every day in a different shape. 😂
I am speechless, this movie is stunning ❤great job, guys! 🐻🦬🐐🦌
Thank you so much! We are realy happy that you enjoyed it! Big hugs!❤️
Wow loved that shot of the landy with the background of the northern lights . And You sure are getting good a making camp bread , looked very good , always liked great camping bread when ever out camping , taste so great around a camp fire . You guys provide some stunning footage. What an incredible way to travel and experience everything. You two are living the way we all wish we could. Enjoy!
Thank you so much! This is wonderful to hear! Thanks for watching!
I suppose you have to make it appear dramatic. Actually you don't. The Dempster is absolutely spectacular. It's not particularly dangerous. You can drive it in a reasonably well maintained and serviced Honda Civic. I rode a BMW motorcycle, My wife drove our Rav 4, She never even put it into 4 X 4. Just take it easy. its 800 Km. Very slippery when wet.
Thanks for watching! Oh, it’s absolutely spectacular! And we’d drive it in any vehicle! It’s true-just take your time, especially to enjoy it :-)
Fluri, we are in Wyoming, you can find us on hipcamp at Buffalo jump rv site shoot us a message if you come this way. Please mention your TH-cam site to jog my memory. (-;
I really love your relaxed style of filming. Everyone else seems to be “Arctic Ocean - check; Let’s rush to Ushuaia - check”. Beautiful drone footage too! I look forward to each video.
Thanks a lot! That’s exactly our goal-to enjoy it as much as possible and take the time it needs!
Fantastic content.👍50
Thank you so much!
Fantastic, you are exactly right about the having to take time to rest, thoroughly rest,if you don’t,you really get worn down.Best wishes 🙂
Yes, thanks a lot!
Man man man - ihr macht einem das Leben echt nicht einfach - aber inspirierend! Schönes Video vielen Dank! Die Idee mit der Leiter am Heck ist clever. Ist das eine Massanfertigung?
Vielen Herzlichen Dank :-) Das freut uns doch sehr! Die habe ich selber “entwickelt” und dann hergestellt. Das ist echt das i tüpfelchen zum Thema comfort, wir würden die nie mehr hergeben. :-)
@@fluriadventures Baupläne würde ich nehmen, irgendwann dann. Erstmal müssen die Achsen unters Chassis 😅
Ähhhm... het no a frog wäg dina Hoor 🙋♂️

As always epic content and yes rest is important greetings from South Africa
Thank you so much! It is in deed! Otherwise we dont make it to South Africa :-)
❤❤❤❤
Thanks :-)
Superb film, I Do love the cinematic feeling or your editing, yes resting is extremely important I'm glad to heard such a statement
Thanks so much! True, it was not so reel for os before but we realized it. :-)
Does dawson still have the Greek restraunt?
Oh, we’re not sure, sorry! We don’t go to restaurants that often. :-)
Why is it called the most dangerous highway?
The Dempster Highway is often considered dangerous due to its remote location, unpredictable weather, and challenging road conditions. The gravel surface can become slippery, especially in rain or snow, and the highway runs through extremely isolated areas with limited services. The fast-changing weather, combined with long distances between help, can make even small incidents more serious. It's not necessarily the most dangerous, but these factors make it a challenging route for travelers. What would you say as a truck driver?
Because it yields more clicks.
I’m loving your channel we don’t get this scenery in Australia 👌
Thank you so much! We’re glad you’re loving the channel. We feel lucky to share this scenery, and it’s amazing to hear that it’s reaching all the way to Australia! 👌
i have become your fan, great video
Thank you so much! We love having you as a fan and really appreciate the support. So glad you enjoyed the video!
B e a u t I f u l l.
I like adventure too much it good time for relax
Thanks a lot! We completely agree-it’s perfect for relaxing if you want, but you can also stay active. That’s the beauty of camping; it fits whatever you’re in the mood for.
No heater in the car....uuhhh
Ah, we do have a heater for both "floors"! But we don’t always switch it on-only when it gets really cold. :-)
Hellow new friends so nice work.
Thanks a lot :-)
Beautiful nature. Nice capturing.
Thanks Friend!
❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you!
The autumn vibe was very relaxing until I saw snow 😂 I hope you are all staying warm! Can't wait for more of your videos! ❤️
Thanks! :-) Haha, same for us-the snow disappeared pretty quickly. We can heat inside and also in the tent, so if it gets too cold, we just switch it on. I usually wait until it’s below freezing, but some of us would turn the heat on even above 10°C! Haha..
So beautiful. Awesome.
Thank you so much!
Great camping spots,is there much regulation and rules about where you can and can’t stay for the night?
I’d say, never camp on private property, in national parks (if it's not allowed for wild camping), or anywhere with a "no camping" sign. And always pack out everything you bring-leave nothing but footprints.
@@fluriadventures sounds like a good plan, you have to go a fair way away from where I live(in the city)before the police don’t move you along when they catch you trying to wild camp. There are more and more people living in vans as they can’t afford real estate anymore,so sad.
@@waynedoeblin6801 I understand what you mean. It’s definitely harder to find a calm, remote spot in urban areas. We usually stay away from those areas for that reason.
Aw beautiful ever changing Alaska , some of the best fall colors I’ve ever seen were in Alaska on a trip there with evening norther lights lifting up the sky , was breathtaking . Thanks for sharing your wonderful and beautiful countryside views in this awesome video . Enjoyed seeing it a lot . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) :) 🐕:) 🌎☕️🍻👍🏼😁
Thanks so much, Steve! Alaska truly is incredible, especially in the fall with those stunning colors-and the northern lights are just the cherry on top. We’re so glad you enjoyed the video and the views we shared! Cheers from us to you in Sutherlin, Oregon! 🐕🌍🍻😁

Just breath taking, Loving your adventures how is Nachito doing ?
Thanks a lot! He’s doing fine-the more we stay in one spot, the happier he is! :-)
@@fluriadventures awww Thad's lovely I hope Nachito keeps enduring the trip and you all stay safe and healthy, just drive steady don't push the defender to hard just let it roll easily and steady thanks for the update
@@janolopez7436 Aww, thank you so much! We’re making sure Nachito is enjoying the journey and spoiling him with all the goodies. :-) Don’t worry, we’re taking it easy on the Defender-just rolling along nice and steady. One of our biggest concerns is the Defender flipping, so we’re being extra cautious. Thanks for your kind words and support!
Another stunning video what a fantastic adventure thanks for sharing 👍 Those bread / brownies/ chocolate cake looks delicious any chance you would consider making a how to campfire cooking video ?
Thank you so much! Oh, that food was awesome! It’s always gone so fast, haha... Yes, we could! We’re planning to make some videos on certain topics, so thanks for the idea.
You guys are awesome
Thanks and have a great day!
Wow such a great adventure enjoy your trip 😊
Thanks a lot!
Most dangerous road? That’s a stretch
Haha, "most dangerous" might be a stretch! But when you combine the unpredictable weather, remoteness, and the 880 km distance, it definitely keeps you on your toes!
Was macht einen Schokoladenkuchen noch besser? Richtig! Noch MEHR Schokolade!
Oh ja, es kann nicht genug Schoggig sein :-)
Well done video, but after having ridden the Dempster on a motorcycle, I would hesitate calling it the most dangerous road in North America. The Tungsten, the North Canol, the Dalton, the Moki Dugway and the Burr Trail are at least equally dangerous, just to name a few. Your title is a bit of an exaggeration!
That list is rather short. North America includes Mexico and we’ve driven plenty of wild roads there.
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your perspective, especially as someone with experience riding on challenging trails. The Dempster Highway can certainly be a unique experience with its own set of challenges. We’re sure there are roads out there with the same level of difficulty or even more. However, the combination of the distance of 880 km (one way) and the challenges is what makes it particularly dangerous. Your insights add to the conversation and help us all appreciate the diverse adventures available to riders. Safe travels!
cool, which month was it? no mosquitos?
This was between the 21st and 31st of August. I’d say there were almost no mosquitoes, and the few that were around were pretty lazy! :-)
love it ! mmmh that chocolate cake looks sooo delicious and I can feel you with the "i don't want to cook today" ;)
Thanks! Oh yes, that cake was amazing-the problem is you just can’t stop eating it! There are days like that, but it’s surprising what good things can come out even on those days. :-)
Incredible Footage 🔝🔝🔝 The combination of breathtaking landscapes, impressive baking skills, and the adorable moments with your dog is just perfect. I love how you’ve captured not just the beauty of the places, but also the heartwarming story behind the journey!
Thanks, Arnaud! Oh, this part of our journey was truly amazing-the weather, the road, and the colors all came together perfectly. It was the ideal time to be there.
