This traditional, classic style yatai offers hand-wrapped gyoza, Hakata ramen, oden, yakitori, stir-fried dishes, and more, all prepared to order. This popular yatai is recommended for those visiting Fukuoka for the first time.
We followed the long-running yatai, which has many regulars every day, as well as many customers from overseas, on a day in the life of this much-talked-about yatai.

屋台の設置のためにこの小さな車から降ろされた無数の家具は、ただただ興味深いものです。礼拝の終わりに、このカップルまたは 3 人組がまだ車にすべてを積み込み、車を押して家まで帰らなければならないことを想像してみてください。その勇気とこの職業に対する情熱には二重に脱帽するに値します。こういう屋台は東京や京都では見たことがありません。もしかしたらしっかり見ていなかったのかもしれない。この素晴らしいカップルに幸運と健康がありますように。
I am impressed by these artisans who perpetuate the traditions. Beyond being traders, cooks they are artists. They arrive with a trailer and they make a stand, the customers do not suspect the work upstream. Total respect from a small craftsman from France.
Don't let the tradition die. This is what feeds the nation.

日本這種街頭推車小食，我五十幾年前剛去日本就食呢種街邊小食，最喜歡冬天圍住爐食關東煮飲清酒，滋味非星級餐廳可比喻，日本可以有街頭推車小食，香港應該學習日本増加自己文化，保留點大排檔文化。

يستحقون كل الاحترام والمحبه ..لانهم يكسبون عيشهم بواسطة هذا الكشك المتواضع كما موجود في اغلب البلدان الاسلاميه والشرقيه لتقديم اطعمه شعبيه ورخيصه تناسب ذوي الدخل المحدود .فهم كل يوم عليهم ان يحضروا ادوات الطبخ واغراض التقديم ..وهذا بحد ذاته عمل مرهق ويحتاج الى صبر ومثابره وليس كما في المحلات الثابته ..الف تحيه للشعب الياباني ..والف تحية للكشك واصحابه الطيبين ..كل احترامي للجميع ..
