I have family that moved to Windsong two years ago. From when they were looking and when they were buying ,2 months later, the properties went up 150k. The amenities are great and the house is lovely- but I will say all those big developments can be easy to get lost in if you’re used to small towns lol.
Light farms is great, I live here. Lots of neighborhood activities, my favorite has to be all the concerts that happen here. You won’t be disappointed.
I am looking to buy a house in Artesia Community. But in order to get there I noticed there is a narrow lane (single lane) that could be choke point for traffic. Is there any plans for expanding roads in that area? Is Artesia any good for buying a rental home? I don’t think there are any plans for further developing that particular community. But if you know anything about future developments near that area, I would love to hear it. Some people have said that it’s not very convenient coming out of Artesia community onto DNT, so houses may not go on rent quick.
Yeah Prosper is crazy expanding went to middle school and HS there and crazy to see it boom in the past 12 years , literally saw dirt roads turned into strip malls and such
