No prob! Thanks for watching. It all depends sometimes older homes are well maintained & updated so no need to completely shy away from them, but typically most my clients prefer homes after 2000’s so it’s up to your preference

Have you done videos on the unique and amazing architecture of Klyde Warren Park and the Winspear Opera House? These two properties, if you compare, throughout the US, and even internationally, these are very unique, interesting AND MODERN - unexpectedly world class
Realtors can’t tell you if a city is safe or not you would have to do a google search for that sorry :( But we get a decent amount of tornado warnings & heavy winds but rarely tornados that cause damage maybe once every few years we get something that causes some damage

Both cities are great! It all boils down to preference I would suggest visiting beforehand to get a feel for the areas to help narrow it down

Typically the high rated school districts will be located north of the DallasFW area
Are there any nice condominiums/apartments in Dallas?
There is ALWAYS traffic sadly!
Can’t escape it but not as bad as other major cities around the US
