Technically they wouldn't be half brothers since Boba is a 100% genetic copy of Jango, and Freeman has 50% someone else's DNA. Clone familial relations are weird.

For those that are surprised that Boba had a family, it's not a happy one. Boba's relationship with his family is a big tragedy. Boba screwed up and his wife hates him for accusing her of infidelity and his daughter hated him for the rest of her life since he never once attempted to find her and be a father to her. Boba never saw his daughter again since she died trying to find and kill him while at the same time Boba finally decided to look for her. But it does end on a happier note since Boba found out he had a granddaughter and they lived happily for the rest of the Legends continuity. After that, nothing is known what happened to the Fett family because of the Disney buyout lol

He then tried going straight by becoming a Journeyman Protector, basically a police officer. Unfortunately it didn't last long, as he was imprisoned and eventually exiled from the planet for killing a superior officer that raped Sintas, though nobody else knew. THAT'S why Boba and Sintas split.

Boba isn't charged with murder but is banished from the planet. He can't get over the fact that she was raped and his wife doesn't want to try and relocate with the baby. So he decides to go back into bounty hunting to pay the bills. And since his wife is afraid to leave the house in fear that Fett's enemies might find out that he has a family that they can exploit and that he can't visit the planet. They drift apart but remain married.

Man, this is one of those stories from Legends that I wish could be brought to canon. But I understand how it won't be able to fit within the canon storyline. I find it cute in this story that Boba's daughter was already a badass when she was young.
It really goes to show how good of a character Boba is not just a bounty hunter but an admirable man. The relationship between the 2 "brothers" is simply amazing
