I had sent Noise neckband for replacement cuz it was stopped working (for 2nd time in 8 months) they took 1 and half months to replace it. Today, they delivered the replaced neckband.. and it was the wrong cheaper neckband.. no halp from the service centre or customer care.. This is the kind of product they make and service they provide..
I purchased 2 Noise watches and the experience was pathetic.. The customer care and watch performance is worst.. until they learn about customer experience.. they cannot sustain in the market.. I hope they will shut down soon if they continue to do the same..

If the person is sitting there just bcoz his team said, "sir raj ke saath ek podcast karlo relevancy badh jayegi" and he came and sat, don't interview him. Insanely boring and no insight in the entire episode. Can't tell you how bad I feel for wasting an hour of my life. Ps- have used 3 noise products in the past and they were trash. stopped working on the first day only. thought i will get some insight to the business but all I got was a ceo dodging questions and giving super thande answers. pathetic.

"Customer centracity" Noise has the worst quality products when compared to its competitor especially Boat, bad customer support, i ordered a noise tws, left side bud was not working out of the box, after visiting service, being on 30-40 min phones with their "customer support" writing 4-5 mails every week, after sending back the product and receiving it 3 times, and finally getting a refund instead of a coupon 4 months later. Most of Noise products are refurbished cheap Chinese products, and if they dont improve their quality they will not be able to retain their market position and esp reputation.

First podcast on youtube that I have disliked. It was entirely a pr thing I believe raj. Poor questions and even poorer answers. If the person is sitting there just bcoz his team said, "sir raj ke saath ek podcast karlo relevancy badh jayegi" and he came and sat, don't interview him. Insanely boring and no insight in the entire episode.

Products China sey import kar rahey hain yah Korea sey yeh bataaa dein, white labeling ka bhi funda clear karein, kehteey hai jab paith bharaa hotaaa hai to dimagh apney app kam karnaa shuru kar deytaa hai
"Customer centracity" Noise has the worst quality products when compared to its competitor especially Boat, bad customer support, i ordered a noise tws, left side bud was not working out of the box, after visiting service, being on 30-40 min phones with their "customer support" writing 4-5 mails every week, after sending back the product and receiving it 3 times, and finally getting a refund instead of a coupon 4 months later.
Most of Noise products are refurbished cheap Chinese products, and if they dont improve their quality they will not be able to retain their market position and esp reputation.
