i think this is technically "in rimworld" or at least in a mod; called steel torrent. never played with it though so no idea how it works. and i think the video is making fun of one of its weirdnesses, although more generally, mod period...
T-34 isnt what most people think, as it had a load of reliabilty isues and would break down freaquently. Most of this comes due to shortcuts in production but even without it had it isues
Apparently, Yayos animation can have that effect on the vehicle. Ive always had it like that and thought it was normal... Good thing to know for the future!
The punchline should have been they're a colony of cannibals that would have eaten the praetor. The "I can't eat it or touch it" line was a perfect setup! Missed opportunity.

People who made "Vanilla Expanded Framework" are creating a mod to include vehicules in Rimworld, I hope they will put military vehicules too
