The 5e Statblock for the Black Tear Seraphim for those seeking ideas for their campaign. I've tried to shorten descriptions due to character limits.
Fídia tou Theoú (Fee-di-ah-tuu-fey-oh) "Snakes of God"
"An evolved form of the multiheaded Fterá, taking the appearence of a mutilated corpse hiding beneath fiery wings. Its sense of sight is almost perfect, nothing escapes the many eyes within its hollow shell and burning limbs. The power of its corrupted radiance burns with disease, and its mere presence brings hallucinations of it singing away its pain."
CR:23 (Proficiency:7) / Huge Celestial Aberration (Neutral Evil)
    AC:21 (Divine Grace) / HP: 195 (26d12+26) / Speed: 0ft, Hover 30ft
    STR: 11 / DEX: 20 / CON: 13 / INT: 13 / WIS: 22 / CHA: 18
    Skills: Acrobatics(+12), Perception(+20)
    Damage Immunities: Necrotic, Poison, Radiant
Condition Immunities: Charmed, Exhausted, Frightened, Poisoned
    Senses: Lifesense 65ft, Devil's Sight 120ft, Truesight 30ft Passive Perception 30
    _Traits_
Call of the Hive: Black Tear creatures with an Intelligence Score greater than 6 are linked in a Hivemind.
    - Each Black Tear creature shares a telepathic link to others within a number of feet equal to their Wisdom score multiplied by 100.
    - If large groups or especially powerful individuals are slain, nearby Black Tear creatures are compelled to investigate, homing in on the slain creatures' last known location.
Life Sense: The Fidia has a Blindsense that only picks up on non-Undead, non-Construct creatures within a number of feet equal to triple its Wisdom Score, rounded down to a multiple of 5.
Watery Grave: When the Fidia dies, it releases a burst of Black Tears. Creatures within a 10ft radius are subject to the Black Tear Corruption effect as its body disintegrates into the waters of the Black Sea, potentially infecting surrounding natural terrain over the course of days.
Divine Grace: The Fidia adds its Wisdom Modifier to its AC and the Radiant damage of its spells. If it slays a creature with Radiant damage, it gains Temporary Hitpoints equal to the damage roll.
Legendary Resistance (2/Long Rest): If the Fidia fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Innate Spellcasting: The Fidia can innately cast the Sacred Flame cantrip, targeting a 10ft cube instead of a single creature. It can also cast Guiding Bolt at 3rd level, and Sickening Radiance at 4th level. It is always under the effect of a Crown of Stars (At base 7th level), and it can make ranged attacks with the Crown's stars under the normal rules of the spell. The Fidia's Crown of Stars effect renews after a long rest.
    _Abilities_
Multicast: The Fidia uses Guiding Bolt, Sacred Blaze or Sickening Radiance, and if has at least one use remaining, Crown of Stars.
Guiding Bolt: +14 Ranged Spell Attack, 120ft range, Single target, 6d6+6 Radiant damage, a successful hit causes the next attack roll against the target, made before the end of the Fidia's turn, to gain advantage.
Sacred Flame: 60ft range, DC21 Dexterity Save, 4d8+6 Radiant damage in a 10ft cube. Targets recieve no benefit from taking cover.
Sickening Radiance (1/Short Rest): 120ft range, 30ft Sphere, Concentrate 10 min, DC21 Con Save or 4d10+6 Radiant damage, 1 level exhaustion, and nullifies invisibility.
Crown of Stars (Bonus Action, 7/Long Rest): +14 Ranged Spell Attack, 120ft range, Single target, 4d12+6 Radiant damage.
Beacon of Command (Legendary Reaction, 1/encounter): At the beginning of an encounter the Fidia tou Theou deems a major threat, it emits an eldritch glow and howls to garner the attention of nearby Infected. A d20 is rolled, if the result is a odd-numbered, 1d3 Ftera tou Theou are summoned to assist the Fidia. If the result is even, an equal number of Pain Cages and Empty Vessels are summoned in pairs, instead.
Burning Entrails (Legendary Reaction): Each of the Fidia's serpentine entrails are melee weapons with a range of 20ft, +12 to hit (based on Dexterity), and deal 3d6 Bludgeoning and 6d4 Fire damage on a hit.
Once per round, the Fidia may make three attacks of opportunity with each entrail. Each creature that takes damage must also make a DC16 Constitution Save against the Black Tear Corruption oozing out of the entrails, taking 12d6+6 Poison damage on a fail, or half on a success, and becoming Poisoned for 10 minutes.
For the duration, a creature Poisoned by BTC has Disadvantage on STR & CON-based attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws, Healing effects only restore half as much HP to the Infected, the target's location is known to nearby Infected, and if the target dies, it becomes Assimilated by the Corruption.
