Y'all just ignoring the CB300r, it's as fast as the rtr 310, handles better as it's only 146 kgs and has a very refined and peppy engine. It might be lacking in terms of features but it's still a terrific experience overall. All for a price cheaper than the RTR 310.

RTR310 comes with traction control and cruise control as standard so base model with quick shifter is enough. If you want top speed then replace the sprocket with RR310’s sprocket.

I had taken test ride of both the bikes and in the end went with the 250 the rtr has lot of vibrations post 6.5k rpm didn't feel comfortable with that but I honestly love the rtr if there was no vibration I would blindly go for the bike but one more thing to keep in mind is that the tvs service is a hit or miss sometime good sometimes bad as they have only 3 premium bikes and only few service centres who knows how to deal with these bikes

When compared to duek 250 the apache RTR 310s got all the juice yet there is something missing that spark whochi the KTM Duke 250a got that premium look with quality parts on it.

@@vickypietersen7326 many things, rtr stopped within 1 month of purchase multiple times and didn't start, within a year in between the road the gear lever came off, clutch plate had to be replaced and they didn't honour the 5 year engine warranty because the dealer forgot to update the last service records.
For the ntorq I was not able to use the xconnect app, millage is 30-32 even though I don't drive fast, there is a vibration sound from the speedo from day1 console for which the dealer told need to install a rubber padding which is not available now and we will bring it within a week, sadly 2 years ho gaya aur wo la nhi paaye, btw I raised complaint with higher authorities and for the issue in ntorq they said that I have to take it to a service station which is 60-70km from my place (dealer service was within 6km), the other option was that they will pick it up but repair and return will take 3-4 weeks, so they would need 3-4 weeks to fix a rubber padding.
And I can keep on adding here but I think you got the point.
Just to add, check reviews of tvs service centres, you'll understand.

As far as me is concerned i deal with hardware and software on a daily basis so this kind of tech bike is easy to figure out. and for some less technical individuals yes it is going to be troublesome.
app experience is 7/10 and the one this TVS pushes is their silly voice command system which is very annoying. and its the worst by far.

    1. Best price now lowered so
    2. Best acceleration
    3. No non sense features
    4. Best in class mileage because of the compression ratio and light weight
    5. Lightest in segment period.
    6. Best handling bike
    7. Last ......... Besttttt in class reliability.
    Flaws:
    1. Just one that is fuel tank its ok I will live with it now in india for every 100 km you can find a petrol bank so its ok.

counting speed breakers(physical and human :)😅) inside city, i am not sure how would you use higher rev band and still call 250 a city bike, remember cbr250 used to be tourer. about rtr310, it has low end grunt by sprocketing and high revving engine of rr310, so it should come out as good city and tourer or atleast track bike or if you want all of it in parts. For touring it has thrown crruise control which you forgot to mention. Please do make comparo of rtr310 and duke 390 on touring ground, i think they will make a good tourers (not best in company of adventure tourers but fun tourers)
