Hell yh, water bottle, well check out this vid and hopefully it should be of help, but easy take away is: if opponents are champs where u dont kill them in one rotation, u go conq, eg 3-4 of them are health/ tanky champs. Otherwise elec to snowball and oneshot the squishy

I do have a question . I m quite far behind with these new itms and i m stuck with tear + health potions . From ur opinion is Manamune still a good itm for talon ? I m asking because I play alot of games with Manamune+Eclipse.
tear health potions makes your early game terrible, you have mana issues but theyre not unplayable and you need the early game to win more early jungle skirmish since thats like the only way ur gonna get ahead unless your enemy cant lane
Imo the manamune slows down your early game, but if u were to go first strike, teleport, manamune, eclipse, chilling etc then yeh but otherwise (imo) u should go elec of conq and dominate the game rather than going for scaling route with talon - especially below masters
