All your workouts should be fixed. You are doing errors. You may not like this comment, but talk to an expert and I am sure he/she will be able to fix those errors. Pec deck fly: Your elbows should be straight when you contract pec muscles. Almost like hugging something using elbows. Biceps curl: don't swing too much as you end up using momentum to lift the weight. Chest press: Your elbows should not in line (180 degrees). That will put pressure on the rotator cuff and leads to impingement.
