I am totally surprised. Formerly war-torned Cambodia is very robust, modern and clean. My country thought we are better... in India, it will be just as crowded but super dirty with vandalised & broken facilities.
I heard China and Southeast Asian countries helped investing and developing Cambodia??

Yeah the cooperation through ASEAN have brought in massive investments and thus began developing all of its member with main trading partner is china and the EU. This is also the reason why southeast asian cities are becoming more similiar to the chinese ones
