The 45° bend on the edges of the ribs is a smart idea. I had not thought of that when i did mine

not yet... I've talked with several other very successful builders though... I'm hoping to see Leonard in a couple of weeks at Reklaw, maybe we'll talk then... I hope to have him inspect it someday soon...
