very accurate analysis (i'm currently hardstuck GM darius main) -- this champ is so limited when facing enemy comp that can aggro pingpong; for low elo darius players, I think he's still useful up to low masters by abusing hullbreaker and splitpushing, drawing 2-3 to you

Blindpicking Darius is suicide these days
I have 3.8MILLION mastery on Darius in NA and i can safely say he's being held back because his weaknesses are so honest that he's easy to shutdown.
Ranged top? You're useless.
Too much CC to 5stack frontline before you get to backline? You're useless
Don't have ghost and flash up? You're useless.
Your reset was denied because barrier, shieldbow, locket, or any other shield came in?
You're useless.
He can't even really sidelane because other skirmishers will kill you way faster than you can get 5 stacks or they have the mobility ro take short trades and back out before you get 5 stacks and kill you on a re-engage.
I know, I mained Darius last split to high Diamond, but right now he feels just so weak. If you don't have ghost or flash up, or have the proper team AND enemy comp, he feels so incredibly weak.
It feels like he can't carry as a fed top lane if there's a fed botlane.

you cant carry as a fod top vs a fed bot anyways if they r good^^
the entire point of the adc and supp duo is to shit on tanks and bruisers unless they inted their whole laning phase.

@@willshen1772 Weakness of toplaners is ranged and peel. Just like weekness of supp and ADC are burst.
Toplaners are basicaly better at handling burst and can absorb pressure in a different way than a botlane.
True, though the pentakill Potential and the early of this Dude is crazy. Cant think of any Champion that He doesnt stat Check early...

It’s kind of like playing trundle. You can be super fed coming out of lane then just can’t actually catch/ or stick to anyone. Just get kited and they run away
What do I do when I'm laning against a Darius? Feels like I can't cs at all with him being able to 100-0 me.
I think returning his passive movespeed per bleed would do wonders for him in teamfights where he struggles the most.
Mastery 7 Darius low/mid elo(hover around low plat); He is very much an all or nothing champ that can still lose all in’s in mid to late. If he gets the extended trade and passive he can win fights single handedly. If he gets poked low or has no summs it is very hard to do anything.

The thing about daruis is that he just has no tank mechanic so if a midlaner is fed or a nidalee is fed he will oneshot you and you cant do much about it and if botlane is fed then just forget about carrying cuz you have no tools to get in enmay range and no mobilty so you will get killed befor you can enter adc range he is played more like an anti carry get fed then kill everyone that has a chance to carry until you get all drakes and auto win

@TheBlueaLP you have no shield no abilities to defend your self only your base states so If enamys are fed they one shot you because they will have higher base states than you have buf if your fed u cant really immediately one shot a sett due to his w same thing whit tryndamere beacuse of his r Same thing whit fiora due to her w all toplaners have ways of surviving getting one shot or killed immediately daruis doesn't thats why you run around the map killing everyone like a rengar so you make sure no one will kill you because you have higher states and more items

@TheBlueaLP that's why it he feels so limited but sometimes you feel like ur an unstoppable force beacuse if you are the most fed player in the game you can literally take a 1v5 and win as long as you get your stacks soo fast but when ur not hyper fed then ur useless cuz your kit is all about going in and killing everyone but you can't do that if u get oneshotted befor you can even start the fight
He doesn't have any tank mechanics cause he is not a tank. He has one tool at least to survive burst dmg and is E + Q
Op champions should have:
1. Dash
2. CC or hard CC
3. Strong damage
4. Good at team fight or obj fight
Ex) Renek, Poppy, camille and Gragas
Riven.. most Op
Imagine if i had a reaaaall weapon
as a camille player, darius is a really unreliable carry. The match-ups he wins in lane outscale him like crazy and without ghost he's useless, and these are only two things that make him unreliable.
Id argue you need 3 champs that you can jump on. Lol
Im currently rank 1 KR Darius, T1 substitute and this couldnt be any more accurate

@@just2618 in his streams he plays alot of aatrox also and trundle. If u go to his streams he doesnt play only darius. Maybe the 4 days climb is because he is already high mmr. So it doesnt take a lot of games to climb.

he only picks darius into good match ups and good team comps.
he doesnt even mainly play darius he plays basically most top lane champions but plays aatrox a bit more than them.
we only have 1 dedicated darius main in euw challenger which is raider so i think that says something about the champ.
As a Gangplank Main.. i also like darius. I like how 1 sided and tyrannical the matchup is in favor of GP.
I'm trash but darius has always felt like a fun lane into most matchups just to be useless later on
