- I tell you what I feel while driving the all-new 2017 / 2018 Hyundai i30 N Performance delivering 275 hp and up to 380 Nm of torque out of a 2.0 Turbo 4-cylinder (total weight: 1.550 kg). Wow, this really is an astonishing car! You expect a competitor to the Golf GTI but you'll get something even more aggressive and louder than a Golf R, pretty amazing. Of course the 0-200 time isn't super-quick, but considering the manual transmission still decent. Please stay tuned for more footage of this i30 N Performance airing soon also on FB & Insta. Cheers.

drepop803 Elantra GT is a different segment of car. We don't get the Elantra GT here in the Netherlands. I guess it is for US market only.

Aber das Englisch kann man sehr gut verstehen als deutscher, es hört sich sehr klar und deutlich an.
I have a GTI performance and I respect the I30N. Very good job by Hyundai. The badge will always put people off as it’s seen as a cheaper brand but it’s a good looking and performing car.

Great car and video! What i like most with the car is the posibility to adjust
steering, suspension, exhaust etc individually. Not many manufacturers
allow you to do that. Thought it's worth mentioning.
Only Mercedes has a comparable system, but it's nowhere near as far going They only allow the suspenion, throtthle respons and steering to be adjusted.

mal ne blöde frage. das auto hat einfach traktionsprobleme während dem beschleunigen auf der vorderachse. es ist ja auch verdammt schnell. aber kann man nicht vorne breitere reifen raufmachen um das engegen zu wirken? oder bringt sich das nichts?

U can but I keep mine on as it's always perfectly done and thus better for the engine and transmission in the long run . But yes u can turn it off

I was interested in buying one of these when it first came out. But after driving one, i‘m a little disappointed. It’s Not a sports car, it’s a sporty car, which isn‘t a bad thing!. But with all the settings for anything and the aggressiv clutch it’s just taking itself too serious for what it is imo.
But i think we will See many of these on the streets when they release the DSG version in Fall 2018. And if you‘re Not an Interieur freak, then it’s definetly better than a GTI in my opinion.

Beides extrem gute Autos, der Clubsport hat das noch feinere Handling und einen Mords-Motor. Aber der Hyundai ist emotionaler und giftiger👍

Die sind beide schon in der richtigen klasse, Focus RS usw hat doch Allrad oder nicht? Dann lassen sich diese Fahrzeuge nicht mit dem Type R vergleichen, er ist und bleibt ein fronttriebler und in dieser Klasse nach wie vor der beste. Für den Sound gibt es Lösungen Also ist das kein wirkliches Argument. Von der Leistung her liegt es an Hyundai was sie können oder nicht, 2 Liter Turbos sind beide Motoren.
The Camouflage31 Naja einen "wer ist schneller vergleich“ zu machen ist relativ schwachsinig wenn ein auto 275ps und das andere 320ps hat,klar is der R dann schneller. Den sound kann man schon vergleichen,da wir hier von serie reden also ist die antwort "für den sound gibt es lösungen“ nicht wirklich gültig...das könnte man auch bei der leistung des hyundai‘s sagen...
