VW CADDY 2.0 SDI 69KM PROBLEM

Caddym z 2007r jeżdżę od 3 lat dokładnie od maja 2008r po 130 tys km zaczęła się sypać elektronika, w tym roku poleciał sterownik dawek rozruchowych naprawa 800zl w inne naprawy wcześnie koszty rzędu kilku tysięcy złotych, film przedstawia trzęsienie silnika na wolnych obrotach na filmie tego tak nie widać, diagnosta stwierdził uszkodzenie wiązki elektrycznej lub pompowtrysku, koszty naprawy mogą siegnąć kilku tys zl.... nie polecam vw caddy z silnikami SDI 2.0, lepiej kupić starszy model 1.9 sdi były zdecydowanie lepsze pozdrawiam i szerokości

I believe it’s the EGR valve stuck open ( might affect the way it starts , performance and fuel consumption).
Please double check with VAG diagnostics before taking me for granted .

w firmie mamy 2 vw caddy, obydwa z 2006r. jeden z silnikiem 2.0 sdi przebieg jakies 230 tys - oprócz problemów z elektroniką wymieniana była już dwa razy skrzynia biegów, silnik jak na razie bez zarzutów
drugi z 2.0tdi przebieg ok 190 tys więcej problemów z elektroniką ale to za sprawą lepszego wyposażenia, silnik czasami zaczyna dziwnie pracować, na wolnych obrotach są drgania, ogólnie jako autka firmowe dość zawodne i kapryśne, jedyne co jest pozytywne to zawieszenie i w 2.0tdi dynamika ;)

Check injection variation with a scanner they should all be about the same, set the injectors, cylinder 1 at tdc tighten the screw on that injector until it stops don’t force it then back off a full turn if I remember, repeat the same on the other injectors, the cylinder your working on has got to be at top dead centre as is inlet and exhaust on the rock, that’s how I sorted mine, if that doesn’t work try advancing the cam timing on the pulley

heya na serwisie byłem w piątek na przeglądzie nie wiedzą co mu jest , trzeba zdjąć osłonę silnika mogą być 2 przyczyny albo wiązka elektryczna koszt 300zl lub pompowtrysk koszt kolo 2000zl ... w środę jadę na dokładniejsza analizę :(

I just give mine a service fuel filter change and cleaned the egr valve out with break cleaner runs a lot better easy to do
