Right! Well, the amount is the strength of the plugin, so the more you push it, the more saturation you get. The mix just blends that effect in with the dry signal. So, you could have 40% saturation, then blend it in with the mix control. It's just wet/dry. Make sense? Thanks for watching!
Great video. Really enjoying this series and looking forward to the next videos!
Thank you so much, that means a lot! Glad you're enjoying them. Next up: Ozone 10 Vintage Tape...cheers!
Awesome video, great examples. Top-quality stuff 👍🏻 looking forward to the rest of the series!
Thanks so much, Bill! Means a lot to me. I’ll publish the next one soon!
You really dialed in that saturation nicely. Good taste, and good video
Oh wow, thanks! So glad you enjoyed the video. Cheers!
Does this Exciter give super smooth & pleasant vocals ?
I like it on vocals. My favourite exciter for vocals is VSL Exciter, but that's part of an expensive bundle.
I’ve always had kind of a shaky understanding of the difference between the amount and the mix controls.
