I love this video and really connected with so many of the feelings you described. Thank you for sharing this for others like us to find and feel not so alone :)

Hey, I'm Autistic and i love sex. I'm very interested in solo polyamory for similar reasons that you expressed in this video. I've been in a few long term relationships with solo time in between where I've connected with others in a solo polyamory style way. I've come to realise that I prefer having multiple connections that aren't committed over having one partner with whom I'm totally committed. I like my own space too and need it to keep my own head clear and open for my own creative endeavours and occasional travel. Thanks for making this video. I was surprised to see it come up and be something I could relate to.

Hey!! I relate soooo very much?!? This is such a rare feeling! I consider myself as a solo poly too, and I'm quite possibly on the spectrum (I just have so many similar traits, and I'm planning on getting diagnosed).
Would you be interested in chatting somewhere (email, socials?)? I mean mostly about these themes. I got this urge to ask when you described how you feel about your connections changing and how you have this strong need to know "what's going on" - that's exactly something I have been experiencing. And all that stuff about needing labels but them being open to change any time etc!!

I think the poly community may have more people on the spectrum than exist in the general population, per capita. It seems that way in the city that I live near. I'm not on the spectrum (I think), but one of my past metamours is. He also does solo poly. He's in his late 40's now.

Do people on the spectrum ever take relationship-therapy/etc... or whatever it’s called so that it’s easier for both/or more parties who aren’t and also are on the spectrum?
Did u have to figure out things on your own? Life is soo hard! The mind and Feelings are so complex!
