Just a note about this type of tour. I think I like this method better than the physical walk-through. The voice over the video and moving/still photos is a good move I think.
And I am on the other side of the spectrum. I want less talking (specifically about each and every detail) and more videos from the beginning to the end. Don't even mind if you begin at the end... Just 1 man's opinion...
I agree on the fireplace. If customers would understand that a indoor fireplace are very inefficient. If would be better to build a stone wood burning fireplace out the back door on a patio. Love this build, it's simple but effective. The cabinets do make it seem a lot more expensive. Well done

Beautiful work as usual. Don’t know the situation in Texas but here in Missouri we have rebates from the utilities and of course there’s also tax credits so I would have used geothermal for HVAC and water heating. I don’t recall you ever showing a build with geothermal.

Josh, I'm impressed how thorough you guys are with the way you build barndos to ensure efficiency. I also need to point out how well groomed your beard is. It looks great! Now for the big ask. Is Temple, TX too far for you guys to build? It's 2hrs south of Ft. Worth right on I-35.
I can understand that you can't always be at a finished home for many reasons. A computer generated finished walk through just doesn't have the effect of the real deal.. Thats my opinion is all, real is real..

It’s not as common here for the geothermal. Would add quite a bit of cost too. Ofcourse would be nice!
