my videos take a long time because of all the research to get as much information as i can and FOI requests take time. I'm waiting of the results from a FOI request's and then ill be making more video's i don't want to just go and look for a reaction.
They have as much AUTHORITAR as a school dinner lady.
But give them the Batman belt and a Hi-Viz and in their tiny minds they become agents of shield 🤦🏻♂️
This PCSO is clueless, a waste of taxpayers money. Retired lifeboatman
Man doing a legal activity is suspious (an opinion without evidence) according to a PCSO.
THIS IS HOW OUR MONEY IS WASTED.
I blame the instructors who brainwash their recruiter into thinking everybody is a criminal rather than teach them the laws of the land.
Take anyone as a PCSO if they breathe, certainly not for any brain capacity. People with any brains tend to go for jobs that are rewarding, certainly not in the police these days.
If you looked at that pcso he'd think it was suspicious and if you didn't look at him he'd be thinking the same. You can find him in a thesaurus under 'Absolute Pillock.'
Gotta give him " evils" and see what he does maybe he's modelling himself on Constable Savage from the epic Not the nine o'clock news sketch the trouble is so many plod think they have to act like that on all their interactions finding spurious made up offences in everyone they meet.
@garethwood3474 They deny having arrest quotas. However, their actions suggest otherwise. As for building relationships with the public, they're doing a grand job of earning more hate.
people who walk about filming everywhere have a great sense of humour
"What's your name sir, filming is suspicious"... Unbelievable!
0:17 *PCSO’s* UK needs proper cleaning, These people are Hollow Nonsense 🤦🏻
Hard to believe that this is true, if i am mistaken how much is it costing to have fools like this parading the streets talking rubbish, GO AND COLLECT YOUR PENSION MISTER and stop mithering the locals.
Who is in charge of these clowns?
Chief Constable Coco.
when they tell you that you are acting in a suspicious manner, why not ask them what do you suspect?? Keep asking what do you suspect?
this plastic PCSO is on £23.000 per year, hasn't a clue.
@5:16, "I thought it was suspicious" as in I followed a muchcart and thought it was a wedding.
You can really see the Difference between a Police Officer and A PCSO ! And this guy should look up on Public Photography and the what you cans from the What you can Nots ?. Just remember that a PCSO doesn’t have any Arresting Powers No Holding Powers and Like Police Officers they must show their Version of a Warrant ID Card when asked by Joe Public ?.
Considering smartphones all have a camera on, millions of people use social media to upload photos..... It's gonna be a very interesting future if using a camera is suspicious.....
He also has an anti auditor channel and calls them worse that sheet and he is a pratt.
its bizarre !
This guys done videos about tv licence and lots of videos around derby he knows his stuff on photography
A man who’s never owned a camera perhaps, never seen archive historical photos and videos from the likes of Pathe News….
Hate the uk police currently in a terrible situation 😅😅😅😅
It's unusual and suspicious that you have a camera, but it's not unusual and suspicious that I have a camera???
PCSO , What is the O for, oh my God what have we done.
😊
🤫 Stay Silent and keep recording...these people have no idea how to handle it and it fries their tiny 🤯s
What crime is being comnited
Living your life in a public space ....it's a crime these days.
A man with a camera is suspicious and he still asked stupid questions
Yet another plastic PC who is oblivious of the law, where do they find these clowns, certainly not in a circus.
He put his camera on without informing him.
Please don't let it be eye witness he runs auditors down then uses others work he is a prick, 😡👊
yep thats him, hes a prize wonker.
@shutterupphotography295 thanks I knew someone would be aware 👊🏴
Howard it’s a bit rich of you to say that I use other people’s work when this exact video is the exact same as what you accuse me of. I did not give permission for this be be copied and uploaded in it’s original format (have now though). Don’t you see the irony in what you said?
He's. No powers 😂 my cat has more power
You asked what i thought about the interaction so here it is. My question would be would a reasonable person (per se) and watching all this say the action of the photographer would be deemed as suspicious?.
If we take Lord Diplocks definition of a “reasonable Person” (DPP v Camplin) then i would say no. To save you going through the case this one was about whether or not a persons age should be taken into consideration.
So a “reasonable person” was held to be “ An ordinary person of either sex, not exceptionally excitable or pugnacious, but possessed of such powers of self control as everyone is entitled to expect that his fellow citizens will exercise in society as it is today”. It’s a bit of a mouthful but is a better definition (and more up to date)i think than the “Bald headed man sat at the back of the Clapham Omnibus”
The problem now with some police officers, security personnel and the like is that they are not using their common sense or situational awareness or in some cases just plainly ignoring the law when dealing with photographers etc, as someone else said above there is a clear pattern of just following the same old routine and asking for details when there is clearly no entitlement for such like.
I could give a lecture on the subject for half an hour but i will stop there and let others have a go.😊.
Please if you could a little walk round
you use a dictaphone, why not use your finger like most people :). sorry showing my age with jokes like that :) great video though
id first
Stop bleethering and show the damn video
4:38 Suspicious?!? Of what? I’m acting suspicious of what? That’s an adjective. You need to finish off that claim with a noun or something for it to make sense 🫤. You got one?
Another tea lady.
Another wanna be cop
This divvy has a channel where he bashs auditing and auditors now, despite being one of the first ones to do it.
He doesn't deserve the publicity on your channel mate
exactly !
There’s a difference between photography auditing snd harassing people with cameras but you are part of the broken society that will never realise this when TH-cam views are the only currency of concern at working folks expense.
"Suspicion ".
3 important words should follow that
" Of a crime "
No crime, no I.D.
But , nice try , sausage
