- How to replace / change license plate light for Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212 2009 - 2016 models.
This is the fast way and not the correct way MB recommend. The correct way is to first remove the liner from inside and push the rivets out, I have a video on that way here at the channel.
Also this procedure not work on all other MB models because some you need to remove the opening handle also from inside. So be careful if you doing this fast way.
I recommend to buy the original lamp because they are really great priced and you don’t have to worry to change them for a long time again.

Thats what i just needed. My lamps don't work from time to time when i open then close the trunk. Little tap on the lamp switch them on again.

Soon or later everyone need to do the same work. One question, for changing is it allow made the changing without removing all the plastic parts, by picking out the necessary material (lamp accessories)??

You have two options the one mb recommended is to remove the panels from the inside as I show in the video, then you could pry the plastic clips from inside and also the lamps. This way I did in the video is the fastest but you need to remove the plastic first on the outside.
