Recently moved to a foreign country and I'm learning how to do my own hair. This is the best Senegalese twist tutorial that I have come across. So easy to follow,
I wish i found this 3 years ago! This tutorial was amazing, so easy to follow and try out. Thanks so much for sharing. Just know, it's still helpful in 2024 ❤
A year later discovering this video and I most definitely will be trying these on my head. I cannot wait on my end results. Will post once I'm finished. Thanks for the energy and tips. Strive on Queen ❤❤
I remember when you did Peakmill hair and it looked so beautiful. You & your Sisters do the best Senegalese twist I've ever seen. I've been waiting on you to do a tutorial for years. Glad you finally shared your talent with us.
I love love how detailed this is, i think we mostly do it wrong especially braiding and pulling the hair. Thank you for telling us how to do it the right way. Yesss you always rock twists I remember seing you in them and I was Always impressed how you achieved them. You look beautiful! You did that👏🏾👏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sis, sitting here watching you with my 9 year old granddaughter, we've purchased two Amazon wigs.. lol, Now, I'm watching you twist. I only wish that you had filmed this in a slow motion but overall..you ROCK. Thanks for sharing
This is so helpful. Thank you so much for this diy. I’m gonna try it. I love this channel because you really take the time to explain step by step. Bravo!!!!
I just love your videos & your personality! ♥ I'm glad to see a video where someone started in the front. Most start in the back but I always jack my parts up starting in the back LOL. Thanks for the video!
This video was so good I’m doing this protective style really soon I’ve always thought this technique was hard to do if it wasn’t done in the shop a lot of girls hair twist always never was tight or coming down but sis thanks for the help I’m doing this.
I'm late, but I love this energy...doing my daughter's hair today.......going to try it...but definitely may make my appointment if still possible .. nice style
Wow its so simple I've really love this bcs I do my hair by myself alteast now I will do twist, I've never done b4 it's going to be the first time yho I love this ❤❤❤❤❤
I’m going to try this today! This seems like a way better method than a lot of other videos. I saw someone who said to keep twisting the ends in opposite directions and literally that did not at all work. But I’m excited to try this out with my ombré hair!!
I just watched your jumbo braiding video for beginners and I was ..she did that!! Of course I hit that subscribe button. :) Then this popped up and I'm like round two!! You are dope!!
Thank you very much cause the other method omg was hard for me this is perfect I do.my.own hair I refuse to pay 300 usd out here in vegas the people that do hair be at home charging an arm and a leg never been to school or liscensed it don't come with a wash you have to already have your hair washed and blow dried love you again thanks
I have a friend in the Gambia and i told him how much it is to get you hair braided out here is like 200 or 3 sometimes more honey he said what he couldn't believe it he's like that's alot he said here it's like 50 or 60 dalasi which in USD that's like 10bucks but again i do my own hair so I'm not really worried about the price im just not paying it like i stated in my previous comment to each is own
@@meganlee4115 you can’t really compare a whole other country because the way money is distributed is not near the same at all. I was just curious as to how much you would pay or think people should charge. I’m a new cosmetology student and I know my clientele will be “everyday people” so to speak so I like to ask the question. I’m also in Vegas which is why I was especially curious
@@rootsofwasabi congratulations 🎉🎉 all I'm saying is if I'm going to spend money it should be worth it and I haven't seen one stylist out here that is worth 400dollars I'm sorry I been out here all my life and I do me and my daughter's hair and my daughter has a full head of hair and edges i been doing her hair 16yrs so it's not about me paying cause I'm not going to lol cause I do my own hair thank you Jesus

I love your channel, I haven’t braided in a long time so it is the beginning tutorial is so great and when you slow it down it does help so much. What is the oil you use for moisturizing the hair?
Hi, Your tuto is great! Before you start self braiding you have your hair parted and tied with black strings. Do you have a tuto for a newbie like me. Thanks in advance.
Could I use a crochet needle for this or no...I am a beginner...but nobody is doing hair where I am so...I have to do it myself...thk you sharing. I am glad I found your channel
Thank you for this video! What do I have to look for in terms of Hair Quality? When I tried to make the twists, the unraveled a bit which I guess is normal, but they didnt hang straight anymore😅
How do you knot the ends? My stylist did a small braid on the end. I need to redo some of them since my hair has grown out, especially on the sides where my hair is very thin
no crochet, no gel, straight to the point, no nonsense. probably the best senegalese twist tutorial i've seen on youtube, thank you!!
Old school. No nonsense. This is how branders did it for us back in the 90s before we were doing it for ourselves.
Recently moved to a foreign country and I'm learning how to do my own hair. This is the best Senegalese twist tutorial that I have come across. So easy to follow,
Ha same! Moved to Bulgaria and I'm like "yeah, it's probably about time I learn to do my own hair at 32 because nobody's going to do it for me here" 😂
