This is oddly satisfying just watching the patio get cleaned. I know you are getting burned out on the videos of the work, but keep that camera with you for stuff like this. Produce what you want and we will still watch you, it's you we are here for along with your crazy antics.. The high pressure washing yes, but just like Lucy, the maintenance staff would be having some explaining to do about those piles of mulch that still need proper disposing of.
Ollie, one of the few that I know that uses hearing protection when there is noisy work! The pressure washing the concrete... must mean you were having a bit of a slow day and had the time to make some 'side money' -- and have a happy customer at the same time!

Ollie, obviously you said yes to the extras, but I don’t understand some ppl, I’d never ask a builder to fix my car! So why ask a plumber to clean concrete and spread mulch!! Your not a gardener, but it does show your character and that your willing to go the extra mile for your clients!! 👍🏻👍🏻

heads up if you invest in a camera and line locator tool you will be able to find those hidden pipes underground without digging holes not knowing where it is, yes they are pricey but worth it. i got tired of guessing on digging
