9:46 I don't think Raita enhances the flavour rather it gives a new flavour profile to the biriyani.
In my opinion A biriyani is best when you eat it as it is without pouring any sauces in it. If you aren't satisfied with the taste without adding any sauce to it then the Biriyani you re having isn't done properly.
