You should get a proper trim. Those are not proper shears to cut hair and will make split ends worse.
She needed a proper hair care professional too. Putting that relaxer on her ends first, just killed them dead!

You could use shea butter or Vaseline to put on your hair when next you’re relaxing instead of engine oil . You look amazing by the way
