Justin I left my pit boss out on the uncovered porch and rain got in the pellets and hardened up in the auger and was a major pain to clean it out, plus some damage. I suggest you store it under a roof somewhere like a porch.

Smoke some of your chickens. We smoke 6 at a time in our smoker. Oh they are delicious. I smoke six so we will have them for awhile in the freezer, but we can't stay out of them. lol Happy Anniversary! Wishing you many more years of happiness and blessings with your children. On the pallet jack you can click the up and down lever to lift drop and neutral. Center is neutral. It's just a little easier for heavy loads. Great vid.
