Just installed the 3 back chargepro. Any idea how to open then fuse caps?? Pushed pulled twisted...man this thing is driving me nuttttzzz! Just not coming apart bud
Just bought my first new boat that came with a Guest chargepro5. I do not have a visible power cord to connect with. I have checked the entire side thinking cap open being another possibility. Pretty frustrated as this is all I can find online. Suggestions? Already through the manual 2 times.
@@snbsociety7442 It baffles me. There is no power cord in sight. I had a single bank charger on my old boat and it was plainly in sight. I look at the manual and all the diagrams show one visible. I've placed a call in to the dealership as I'm confused.
Just bought a new Guest 5/5 10 amp 2 bank charger. I have a series connection. When I connected the charger I got a “fault” message. I disconnected the connecting cable and it seemed to charge just fine. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I connected everything exact as it was with my old Guest charger… positive to positive and negative to negative for the leads and positive to negative for the connector. I called the charger manufacturer and they said because it will charge batteries separately, the problem is not the charger.
Buy the ones I have the two banks but he’s charging me only 13.4 in both batteries it doesn’t go over to 13.4 that we are supposed to go at least 14
We are getting the same

you mean there is no power cord for the chargepro 5? There has to be a cord somewhere, is it possible it is wired to a cig lighter for charging?

do you have it wired for 12v or 24v?
The trolling motor is 24V. I have the series connection to provide 24v.
@@marksinger4415 make sure every connection is good, which seems obvious. Sounds like a bad wire, connection, or battery.
@@snbsociety7442 I will double check. Thanks!
