so what is the solution when i dont have the option of selecting high definition audio device. Only realtek high definition audio. I have tried everything on looking on the net to find a solution without no luck to get enhancement tab. So the only solution for me now is to take laptop back and get my money back.
When I click the “High Definition Audio Device” driver, it pops up a message that reads, “Installing this device driver is not recommended because Windows cannot verify that it is compatible with your hardware. If the driver is not compatible, your hardware will not work correctly and your computer might become unstable or stop working completely. Do you want to continue installing this driver?” Any help on that?

@@SRobinson-hr6me I paid for the dolby atmos app which resolves sound issues as has a sound leveller on it.

when i do this, my headset microphone stops being used and instead the laptop choses the inbuilt microphone instead
You should have a suggestion for people whose driver search on the local drive does not return any updates

Yes go ahead and install it! it showed to me too! it is just a warning! Always you can rollback the driver to the previous driver.
