This casserole is a keeper and when you taste it you will know why the recipe has gone viral! It is an amazing combination of flavors and textures topped with gooey toasted cheese. Your family will love it and it only takes 30 minutes to make. It will satisfy your taste buds and belly for about one little dollar a serving!

I use Marinara sauce because it (most) doesn't have sugar in it.
Dollar Twenty Five Tree has the sauces.
When dumping boiling water down your drain, turn on the cold water. I learned the hard way when constantly dumping boiling water like that, will eventually destroy the rubber seals in your sink drain.

My Mom had to feed 10 kids, and she would fry up ground beef and add tomoto sauce, cook it a bit and stir it into elbow macaroni. Beefaroni, a childhood memory. Your version kicks it up a buncha notches, my young adult kids would love this.

I made this for dinner tonight it was yummy. I did use jarred sauces as is suggested. It was very quick and easy. I have gotten away from the processed sauces because there’s too much sugar in them. I was amazed how tasty it was. The next time I will try my sauce. I believe no one will be disappointed with this dinner. 👍🏻😋

I buy red and green bell peppers on sale, bring them home, wash them and use my dicer to cut them up. Then I freeze them and pull a handful out for a casserole.

I'm gluten-free and I accidentally 😅 found a variation of this recipe. Used sausage, gf rotini, cream cheese and red Pesto sauce. Then my daughter said they make something like it with different noodles, meats & sauces. Then cover it with mozzarella cheese and bake to brown. I did it with my leftovers and froze it to bake later YUM

This is the same way that Tge Olive Garden used to make a dish called Baked Ziti. The noodles went in the dish then Alfredo then meat sauce and cheese then under the broiler. That was back in the 80’s. They don’t make it anymore.

I learned a trick everyone probably knows. If you lay a wooden spoon over the top of the boiling pasta it doesn’t overflow. if you have it lower than vicious boil. Thanks for the recipe❤

Look great I have to cut it down, I just one person house. I sure my dogs would love it but way to rich for them they would just get a pinch of it. thanks fore doing these I love them.
I’m going to make freezer meals out of the recipe. Assemble into smaller oven safe dishes, freeze before baking then when I want to eat one, thaw it overnight in fridge then bake.
I use the little aluminum loaf pans from dollar general (3 in a pack for $1) TO MAKE SINGLE SERVE . My husband doesn't care for anything with Alfredo sauce or lasagna, which I love. Iwill get these out of freezer when I cook him cabbage or other things I don't care for. Win win!

Will have to make this simple, but delicious looking meal. I've never considered mixing marinara with alfredo before. Maybe throw in some sautéed, diced green pepper and onion as well. My evening prayers for Alex and you as well. May God watch over you both.

I have made this numerous times with chicken. I cut up the chicken in bite size pieces and put it in seasoned flour. Fry until golden crisp. Combine sauces then add cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella cheese. Once that's incorporated well, I mix in the chicken. Pour into baking dishes and top with a little more cheese and into the oven. This is one of my son's favorite meals. I'll have to try it with ground beef.

Becky, please warn people! I make your corn fritters ALL the time. Tonight I used Aldi creamed corn and they were ruined!! They put sugar in the creamed corn, WHY??? 6 grams of sugar which is 1.5 teaspoons of sugar and Becky's calls for 1 teaspoon! If you like powered sugar, I would suggest no sugar. But ANYWAY, it wasn't Becky's fault. I adjust the recipe if I want the powered sugar. It's a vegetable, I wasn't expecting ADDED SUGAR. I was so mad about this and I'm not a healthy person, but it woke me up People read the labels. You don't add sugar when canning!! I'm mad because they are putting stuff in food that isn't necessary
Yeah these companies know how to turn us into dopamine junkies with their added sugars
