I wasn't a fan because I was thinking of him as a 3-4 Lber and it didn't make sense to me for the Chargers. But this dude as a DE is purely spectacular. His technique eliminates any doubts in my mind regarding his weight as a 3-4 DE. Welcome to San Diego, Joey Bosa.

He will be a charger! Chargers will soon have the youngest fastest defense in the league with Verrett, perryman, Teo, Ingram, Attouchu, and Bosa. Need a FS and another corner opposite Verrett. Yes we need Oline but I think we should get proven free agents for that and then draft some depth in the later rounds. We could take a WR in the second or third in my opinion.

Will Smith int d-l very weak. Edge rushers are good but nothing more. have 1 good corner. No good safeties. Ol is a wreck. Although i do believe, it's more due to injuries. Dunlap,franklin,fluker i believe will be fine when healthy. But tackle and center are big ??? and keenan's the only reciever threat on the team right now. The run game will be bad as long as Melvin's running the ball. don't see how this team can get to 10-6. That being said, there is a lot can be done with FA and the draft but can't trust this coaching staff to play their best players anyhow

+David Mazzini I truly believe he will be as good as Watt... he's taller(6'7" vs 6'5")... he's noticeably faster(4.7 flat versus 4.85 elec).. will be faster in the cones and the 20.. will be as strong on reps of 225.. better vert... he's still growing into his body... he'll be a 6'7" 290 pounder within 2 years... and can't remember a rusher with such a balance of power-bull rush slash outside knife edge like Bosa... there is no way to block this guy... he had 5 sacks but nearly had 25.

+witster18 Bosa is listed at 6'6". As good as Watt is, I didnt see teams double or triple teaming him in College as much as Bosa. I also believe the OSU D was more affected by Bosa being out of the game than the Wisconsin D was when Watt was out

He's not the guy I wanted the Chargers to take but if he can he really help keep Jamaal Charles in check and rattle Derek Carr, fine. Front seven needed some power, and they got it with him. Not sure if he is a 3-4 DE or a 3-4 OLB but as long he is useful, fine.

Good pick up for San Diego. It made sense to go Defense. Give Bosa time he will be a good DE. Potential to be great but needs to add a little more weight for the NFL game without losing his quickness. Still a lot of upside.

+Cameron Thorby Bosa is way more dominate on film than Kerrigan. Kerrigan has a tendency to disappear sometimes. In games you see Bosa on nearly every play.

Mark my words if Ramsey is not there Dallas will pick bosa. He's a position flex player from a big school that we haven't had since, I dont know, never.... He has the potential to be 6-7 295 who runs a 47- that's unheard of. His relentless play and fast hands is what makes him a cowboy, especially a Marinelli guy. If we picked him it's because Marinelli gave the Cowboys thumbs up. I trust the legendary Coach analysis more then some ESPN commentator. He knows what greatness look like.
He relies on his athleticism too much, bull rushing every time isn't going to work in the nfl

But that's where Marinelli comes in. Having natural fast hands and out standing quickness allows him to add pass rush moves to his game and be highly productive at them. I'll say it again if Dallas Cowboys choose this kid it's because Marinelli gave them a thumb's up. If a legendary Coach sees great potential in him then I'm fine with it. He's been around a long time.

hardy is done in Dallas. D Lawrence emerged as a elite pass rusher this year & Randy Gregory looked good when he was healthy . they didn't win enough games to keep him and his salary would be the main reason he leaves

Tank Lawrence got off last year but don't discredit what Hardy did. No he didn't produce big numbers but he is a big reason why tank ate on the other side. And Gregory was straight in camp but didn't play enough to judge one way or the other. Similar rookie year to tank. But I do agree he will eat this season. We need to replace Hardy if we don't bring him back. And if we bring him back it would be a little to no guaranteed incentive heavy contract. Bosa would fit nice. I doubt daygo pass on him. What you think about Ramsey?
+Jaydubb456 Actually that's false. Tank Lawrence towards the end of the year, got all his sacks on his own to the point they started doubling him late in the season. Hardy early on helped Lawrence, but Lawrence did his own work towards the end of the year.
