The “AAAAAAAAAAAAA”s at 1:09 and other points in the song represent the feeling you get when you’re trying to pull off the ultra shortcut at the beginning of the track in the original. You know the one.

Well not to nitpick, but there's also MK ds credits.
Also to nitpick, but two lines were a little off. Partcularly, the line : "Your journey`s only begun" and "The Rainbow Road waits for you." The one would be better in sync if it would be "Your journey only has begun." and the other "The Rainbow Road`s waiting for you." But this is just my opinion as a hobby drummer.
From now on, when I play this course I'll probably have this song in my head.
