I use 22.2v Lipo's in my RC helicopters. A couple of times the leads touched when I was soldering the connectors on them and the battery blew the brass contacts to pieces. These Lipo's can push out huge power in short bursts which is why you can now get large RC helicopters that are electric powered.
First TH-cam video that actually got me to flat out buy a product... This thing looks really handy, from now on I'll have one in my boot just in case :). These guys should pay you for advertising :).
I'm astonished, it was my job for seven years+ to start and run crashed vehicles and if I had someone tell me about this and I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I'd say you where high on glue. I've had jumper cables actually "flexing" from draw and for something that looks like a router can start a car is pure extraterrestrial. Thanks for the vid Photon !m!
Here in the US I'm an electrical specialist on Large Motor homes. When a sales rep brought one of these to me to show off, I laughed at him. I have 30 years electrical/electronic experience. I knew no way could it work. Well I of course tested on my small 4 cyl car and it started right up 100% on the jumper without main battery. Impressed I then connected to a V8 in a class C and it started it! Then I tried it on a V10 engine in a class A and holy hell it was a bit slower but started it up! And were in succession without re-charge! I was so blown away that I bought one myself. Its about time batteries have improved! Thanks for the video, I can totally back you up on these they are amazing! Oh and so glad to see ya back. Have missed your video's but life comes first. Take care!
We have a similar device sold here called the PowerAll. It's amazing how much current Li-Ion and Li-Po cells can pump out. It's probably limited more by the relatively thin jumper cables and the connections between the cells than the cells themselves.
all it needs is a screen, memory, sim card, camera and it's far more useful than the blasted iphone. You could call it a charglet, i'm sure apple are working on it right now
lol, fuckin iphone it has a mind of its own, pleasure to see you here, hope you are well mate, wish I had as much time as you to make decent vids. best regards
I hope model flying NZ's grumpy old men dont follow Bruce over to photons channel! They'd likely need to be put on oxygen after seeing someone enjoy themselves as much as Photon.
aphexteknol LOL... it would actually be a good idea for them to come over here.. the heart attacks would clean out the dead wood and perhaps allow some fresh blood into what is otherwise a dying, out-of-touch group of cocoa-drinkers ;-)
how did i miss this video for a week... im gobsmacked.. its interesting to see something so small put out so much, i do really wonder about its lifetime though despite this video lacks the usual flavor of burnt caps i still appreciated to see it, as i have been involved in the automotive trade for years this is an extremely exciting piece of equipment. Thankyou for the upload Andy, we were worried for a while you'd forgotten us. hope to see more soon !
I bought three of these -- one for me, one for my wife and one for my 17-year-old step-daughter. Didn't want any of us to get stuck needing a jump. One time, just for kicks, I tried starting a 6.4L (390 cu. in) high-compression V8 (10.5:1 compression ratio). It started! These things are really amazing!
It's pretty impressive, but screw having that fail unexpectedly in a fiery lithium explosion. PS. We can see through your freebie product placements, but we still want a wee peek inside the thing.
I have something similar to this I got from my Snap On dealer. It's got a usb, 12 vDC 6 amp output and car jump functions same as yours. I got to say now that I have it, it's something that I can't live without. It's my little buddy that pretty much goes everywhere with me. Also I'm glad to see you making vids again. You do good work my friend.
***** Good to have you back mate! We missed you! Hope life's treating you fair. The ten-year-old in me starts jumping around the room when I see the little "1" by your channel!
What an amazing device. I was a bit offset by the idea that something so small could start an engine. I think I need to buy one of these. Bravo my friend, Bravo
Great to see you back! I have a similar little box that I have to admit i was a little skeptical about until I used it to jump a buddy's Ford Lightning that had been sitting a while with a dead battery. That thing turned over for a bit and started with no hassles whatsoever! When I got back to work I plugged it in to charge and it had only dropped one bar on it's power meter. Quite remarkable and pretty badass!
As Smith said, "Welcome back Mr Anderson..... We missed you". Seriously though, glad to see some new vids Photon.. Especially impressed by the jump starter. 13600mAh packs a punch!
Interesting device. But I suppose it is only good for a short crank. For a hard to start diesel it would be no good. the leads look about 10 - 16 mm². For a 6 cylinder 4.2 diesel, those connecting wires would go up in smoke if the starter was running for about 20 seconds.
With short cables these can take a higher current for short durations, how thick is the wire in a 100a fuse ? Long jump leads are lossy due to the resistance increase by the heating effect with low voltage. But you know this I'm sure:)
I hooked one to a built 454 BBC and it would not crank. Also hooked it to my 6.5L V8 Turbo Diesel with no luck so I would say this is only good with smaller European engines or econoboxes with low compression
***** That is correct, do the clips have copper and strapped jaws ? Many jaws have copper plated iron jaws with the cable crimped at one end. I use 35mm² Cu jumpers with strapped jaws.
So glad to see you back Andy. Still checking your channel for new vids almost daily! Hope you are well. A vid suggestion - I really like your HV cap discharges... How about discharging into some meat so we could get an idea of the damage to health in the case of a mishap!
Ahhh Finally , Its lovely to wake up on a lovely snow covered Sunday to see a new video from yourself ! Thanks! Also , that is some amount of pent up energy in that little box.
I would've had serious doubts with it starting a car. I've had some of the big portable jump starts that could barely turn an engine over. Very neat little device, it'd be interesting to have a bit of a peek inside.
Oh......so great to see you back! Missed you, your vids and the entertainment. Stay well and don't go away again! Love the EasyJumper - not on Amazon here in the States - at least not by EasyJumper direct so I need to do a little research. I want one!!
Don't ever stop making videos of blowing shite up with electricity (or having fun destroying things) because you are by far my favorite destroyer on TH-cam. 😍
Welcome back, we've missed you, hope your luck and life have been getting better mate. Hope to see more videos ffrom you soon. (when you have the time of course, we all know how life and drop a ton of bricks on you out of no where.)
Welcome back! Interesting little device. I have one that does nearly the same things but also has a compressor and Inverter for 115VAC output. It also weighs almost as much as a car battery... I have to work on my '76 Chevrolet Monza soon. IT has a "healthy" 5.7L V8 I built (which replaced the original 4.3L). Car weighs 2750#. Much fun on dry roads... ;)
Keep in mind that once the car/vehicles engines are turning the alternator PROVIDES all the JUICE needed to keep the car on and it's electronics. Battery is there just to crank the starter at least it was in the good old days, not its powering USB in cars LOL. Nice vid, thanks for sharing.
***** Holy shit, I got a "well said" from the man himself...I feel so special. LOL. Keep those vids coming mate...Subscriber here for over 3 years and enjoy all your vids. Especially when they POP or you use your hammer.
Hi Photon, I was so amazed at your video, I had to buy one of those. It came today, the first thing I tryed to start was the tractor in my logo, (MF1200) which has needed a boost lately. It worked, unbelivable, a powerfull little box. Keep up the great vids. Ant.
Glad to see you again! Nice video, looking forward to more videos this new year. Sorry to hear things are going on at home. Stay strong! All the way from south Texas.
those lipos see alot of current. I can believe that it can start a car, but i still cant believe you could get the unit to do a whole lot of cycles without the lipo taking some internal damage. Julian Ilett reviewed a similar unit to this one. Glad you are back to making vids.
Brilliant! I instantly recogniced the EC* (guessing ec5 or ec9) connector on the jumper cable, thinking... this is no task for the good ol lipo :) very, very smart idea! Keep it up mr photon!
Amazing little product there and the perfect one for you to endorse. I had hoped you would start the car straight from the jumper (no bat) and you did not disappoint, but you really should have tested the max current this baby could push (although catastrophic meltdown of the lipo's while pushing 400 amps probably wouldn't boost sales)
Very nice device. The only problem is when using the device on laptops, many will only run off the power supply, but not charge becasue the laptop does not identify the proper charger. Good video!
I was just in London and was thinking to myself, "It would be cool to drink a beer and blow some stuff up with Photonicinduction." London is awesome BTW. That is an engineers city. Cool buildings, nice sights, and great beer (sam smith!). Good to see some content again! Quite impressive. Cheers.
Good to see another video and you promoting a product i had just discovered after christmas. I done a similar test to you in that i disconnected the battery from my Honda S2000 and connected this up directly to the leads left behind. It fired up first time and barely used any charge. Its much more convenient compared to the huge lead acid jump starter packs that you can buy. Just out of interest for you maybe i have replaced my lead acid car battery with a Shorai lithium battery and that puts out some serious cranking power and weighs less than 5lbs. The only issue is that they don't like cold weather and need abit of time to warm up.
We have a wee doo dad like that here, damn near identical too, called the PowerAll. I might get one at some stage, I think you've done all the real world testing for me
Aaaah, Mr. Photon, there you are! It's great to see you back. So, what's this then? Pocket-sized car-cranker? I'd like to know what its real "potential" is. Tested to do things for which it wasn't intended. :D Thinking electrical (instead of like everyone else asking to pop it) what I'd really like to see being done with this is to hook it up to a really hefty invertor and then see if you can power-up the big boy's power supply (the one upstairs in the playroom) and then to see what you can power-up with that...... and of course, for how long. mAh means nothing to me. I do kWh and spinning loadwheels. :D I'd want to know how much I can get an electric meter to register-up by powering a 240v load which is connected to an invertor which in itself is powered by that pocket-sized car cranker. *_Here's an ABSOLUTELY BANGING IDEA:_* That invertor you have on that backup system.... What's its input voltage? Hopefully, it's a 12v one. Whip-off those deep-cycle batteries from it and connect up the little car-cranker to the invertor. Power-up things around the house. Lights, TV, cordless phone, office computers maybe? Really take the invertor up to its limit and see how long the little car-cranker can keep the load going for. That's probably got to be the most PhotonicInduction way of testing something without popping it. :-) Let's see what that thing really is capable of, on a power and voltage level us sparkies are more used to dealing with. Really give it a proper beating! :D Yes..... 240v, but at what load and how long for? It could be worth a go! In a way, it's bit of a shame that you didn't _"Open-It-Up-Carefully"_ on camera so that we can see what is powering this little unit. I'm sure that there isn't a free-energy wormhole-accessing, space-time energy-tapping stargate device in there. :D First-off, I was thinking some kind of high-energy capacitors in there, but given how small the unit is, I think that, even though super-capacitors have come a long way, they're still not that small where they can fit into such a small unit AND crank-over a car engine like that. So, super-capacitors aside..... I checked through the comments box, and other people are saying that there might be / are Li-Po batteries in there. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but I've heard all sorts of frightening things about Li-Po batteries and how, when it all goes a bit wrong, they're little super-charged bombs if one decides to let loose if it shorts out or is overcharged..... and you put that thing in your pocket?!! I've seen all sorts of things come out of China and they've got all sorts of faked safety standards on them, like those adaptors that can fit ANY type of plug, but don't accept any plug that well, have fake-brass pins on them, power cords which get unbearably hot and melt and all sorts. Don't get me wrong, not everything 'made-in-china' is a death-trap waiting to happen, but I'd really, REALLY think twice about putting such a potent little energy reactor in my pocket! :-O I've heard about peoples' phones catching fire in their pocket or giving nasty burns, imagine for a moment..... a device which has so much power over such a small amount of time being in your pocket and then...... it lets loose. That'll be some serious hospital case right there! The burns would be horrendous! Yes, I'd really recommend keeping that little energy reactor at a reasonable distance from yourself. I don't even think I'd want to be in the room while it's charging. Something with that much grunt inside it letting loose would probably blow-out a window, or if the thing goes up in a horrendous fireball, anything within a two metre radius of the device would be thoroughly annihilated beyond recognition. Any small unit which has masses of car-cranking energy on-tap at a moment's notice, does come with a price. Not a retail price, but a price that has to be paid if it all goes horribly pete-tong. I'm sure it's a device that you're impressed with, but I would look into whether-or not it's gone though the relevent UK safety-testing standards and things like that, because as I've already said, there is a certain amount of dodgy made-in-china stuff which makes its way into the UK 'through-the-back-door', and it's only a matter of time before a whole family is wiped-out by a dodgy extension lead which only cost £3.99 that let loose at 4.30 in the morning while everyone was asleep upstairs..... It'll only be then, that the authorities will take these things seriously and step-up safety checks. Afterall, it always takes an accident before something is done. Dodgy extension leads are one thing, but pocket-sized energy reactors are another. Please be careful around that device! Overall though, an interesting vid. I would like to see this device thoroughly tested in ways which it wasn't intended though, like hooking it up to your invertor and seeing how long it can power things around the house. :D Anyway, I've written another novel again, ROFL!! I really don't know how these messages get to be this long. I just think about what I'd like to say and then the next thing..... It's so big that the beginning and end of it can't fit on the page at the same time! LMAO! Take care and have fun. I'm not sure if we're going to see any more of this device, but i've put a couple of ideas your way on how it could be given a PROPER photon-style testing, so I'll guess that I will have to wait-and-see what develops next. I'll look forward to more vids as-and-when you can make them. Have a good one, and enjoy a cuppa tea time. Still got that 10kW kettle? Oh, I remember now..... YOU POPPED IT! :D -BoomBoxDeluxe. _31st January 2015, 04.25_
The 13 600mA/h printed on it calculates to about 0.16 kW/h.Making it capable of running a 1kW kettle for about 10 minutes. So in theory a 10kW load would run for 1 minute but that would need over 800A at 12V something that this box is probably not capable of (And certainly not sustain it for that long without melting or catching fire).
Omg, mate we are reading your essay, thank you for your suggestions, sadly I've popped it testing the safety features, it did not get hot or blow up on sustained short circuit, the unit cut out internally with no fire or flames. The link on the batteries melted and thus it interrupted the fault current safely. Best wishes to you mate.
dont be afraid of LiPo's.. nearly every little gadget is powered by them nowadays. And 90% of them are produced in china, b/c they are incredibly easy to manufacture. they look like wrapped toilet paper. Some thin strip of pure lithium metal, some slurry and some insulating plastic. Yes, I dismantled 3 or 4 of them in the past - with some gloves of course. They've got some sweet smell to them which is a little toxic so dont be fooled for the sweet smell :)
BoomBoxDeluxe Yes, I read all of that, and I've had similar concerns. If it's in somebodies pocket, then it'll probably end up pushed into somebodies pool along with the human, or having something hot spilled on it. Heck, the odds are it'll end up left plugged in to a charger for too long, and we all know that occasionally laptop charging units fail to recognise that the batteries no longer need charging, and this can cause explosion too. So a thorough test of this unit would involve exposing it to all of the elements that it'll be exposed to, to an extreme... but will ***** do that, given his financial investment in this case?
For those who are aware of advances in lithium battery technology this isn't a huge suprise. High power lipos can deliver hundreds of cranking amps and handle deep discharge.
Very neat little jumper I could use one of these. What I don't like is it doesn't have a 12V cigarette lighter but you could make or buy an adapter of some kind.
Yay new video, nice to see you back, mate. If you keep the commercial ones honest (and I am sure you will) no one should complain about it. In the end making vids and blowing stuff up costs money.
I read somewhere that the initial current in a starter motor is around about 70A which for a lead acid battery, it isn't too much of a big deal. For a tiny LiPo battery however, that is insane. I cannot get my head around it.
RC hobby grade LiPo batteries have been nominally capable of 30C discharge rates for a few years now. If that thing is 13.6ah capacity (based on label), 30x that would be 408 amps peak discharge with no risk of damage. No surprise it can start a small block V8. The short jumper leads help too. While they can't sustain those high discharge currents indefinitely, a typical start cycle on a modern car is brief and well within the capacity available. Neat product :)
You're looking tired mate. Must be all that house work. The place is looking nice and tidy. Great little box that, I thought you were going to pan it, but there's no way you could. A shame you didn't open her up for a looksee. Nice to see you're back, I missed that Pommie sense of humour :)
Brilliant bit of kit, I almost bought one but it didn't handle the 20V that my laptop needs so I got something else instead. Will still get one when the price goes down a bit though to start my old diesel.
These things are amazing. I have one under the brand Anti-gravity. Mine could start my 5.2L V8 Dodge Ram 23 times before the cranking speed was to low to get a sound ignition.
Thanks for the video, missed ya destroying stuff! Seen this device before but had doubts, now I think they had it spot on, I was waiting for you to blow it up but that can wait! Thanks! T
Very nice little thing! Might have to pick one up for myself. Interestingly they're sold under a couple different names here in the US. About the same price though (doing currency conversions obviously). Now I'd like to see how much power that thing gives when it's shorted! =)
LOOK WHO'S BACK FROM HIBERNATION!!! Nice to see you again dude! Now, this is a whole new different channel (mine), but I made it my business to subscribe to you again man!! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!! JEEZ!! Happy New Year by the way, and I hope all is well with you and yours!!
Hi Photon, great video. I see from some of your comments that this video was probably sponsored and I have no problem with that but be careful as there are laws about advertising and the Advertising Standards Authority recently made a statement saying that youtubers must clearly disclose *in* the video the fact that they are being paid to sponsor something or they are breaking the law. I'm not sure if an annotation is sufficient but worth a shot!
Nice gadget. We had used our rc airplane lipos a couple of times in the field to start our cars and vans. High C rated ones could pump 300 amps easy. Try shorting the leads on a big and fully charged LiPo - big fun! Better yet pierce through the heat-shrink wrap with a long narrow pointy nail and watch the unstoppable FLAMES. That is if you want 1 meter high FLAMES :)
***** "Patience my friend, busting stuff is expensive, who pays for that ? :)" - Guy who has a 5L V8 Mercedes sitting around not using it... EDIT: Not trying to offend you, but it seams quite ironic, you know?
***** Well, i drive a 100HP VW Polo 1.6L from 2001, so yes, i would buy that car. Since it is a piece of shit i offer you 10€, won't pay more than that for a piece of shit :)
the connector on the big croc clips is called an ec3 connector, often used by e-flite BNF and RTF models :) a pack that big will power a humongous quadcopter :D whatever you do, DO NOT short it out. you will very quickly have a large uncontrollable fire you cannot put out.
I bought a 4500mAH 30S LiPo battery for a quadcopter, and it can easily deliver 4.5*30=135A of current! In fact, I think it can handle a pulse of up to 40C, so thats a LOT of power!!!! It is just a little smaller than that unit, so I'd imagine that it is a nice beefy 3S-4S LiPo battery they are using!
Ahh, it feels nice making videos again, I think you deserve an update soon and some more vids:))
Massive thanks for your patience ( a lot going on my end ) all good though :)
Fondest regards to you all.
no problem, don't mind the wait!
cheers.

Every sparks I see on a site gets notified about your channel here Andy. Cuppa' tea time - TH-cam comes out and I show them the destruction lol.
That is impressive! I will search for one my self. Good luck with your new relationship hope it goes well for you.
Inside are 3 hefty lipo's each with its own charging and monitoring circuits :)
You made a video about it ? 18650's are much heavier then Lipo's i guess. Never had a Lipo in my hands or even seen one.

Welcome back, we've missed you, hope your luck and life have been getting better mate. Hope to see more videos ffrom you soon. (when you have the time of course, we all know how life and drop a ton of bricks on you out of no where.)
Nice to see you posting video's again, you are looking well, wishing you all the best.
Much fun on dry roads...
;)
I am not sure if running a car only with the easyjumper is that good of an idea, but it did prove your point.
Beautiful couple of mercury arc rectifiers in the background!
I have one of those things too, it's friggin excellent. it saved my ass a bunch of times during the dead of winter
I love all the stuff behind you.
That easyjumper is awesome!
Definitely going to buy myself one of those. Fantastic!
Well said
***** Holy shit, I got a "well said" from the man himself...I feel so special. LOL.
Keep those vids coming mate...Subscriber here for over 3 years and enjoy all your vids. Especially when they POP or you use your hammer.
It's nice to see that you are still kicking around! But that was a very impressive gadget :)
Welcome back Andy, that looks like a nifty little gadget :)
cheers mate :)
He is back hurray! :) Nice to see some uploads again Andy, TH-cam just got interesting again ;)
Brilliant! I instantly recogniced the EC* (guessing ec5 or ec9) connector on the jumper cable, thinking... this is no task for the good ol lipo :) very, very smart idea! Keep it up mr photon!
Julian Ilett did a review of one of these a while back. Amazing how one of these manages to start a car, but they do! :)
Great to see you again. I hope life is treating you well. Thanks for the video :)
I need more content m8!! I've gone ahead and watched virtually all of your videos and am thirsty for more Photon!
It's amazing how technology is getting smaller until this size and these abilities.........
Very nice device. The only problem is when using the device on laptops, many will only run off the power supply, but not charge becasue the laptop does not identify the proper charger. Good video!
Sounds like a shitty laptop
It should charge whenever its getting the proper voltage, and it clearly is
Good to see you again Photon :D
At last!! Fantastic to see you back mate! We really have missed you!
I was just in London and was thinking to myself, "It would be cool to drink a beer and blow some stuff up with Photonicinduction." London is awesome BTW. That is an engineers city. Cool buildings, nice sights, and great beer (sam smith!). Good to see some content again! Quite impressive. Cheers.
"Where's my fukin beer" :)
***** I hear you guys like your bud Weiser and coors....lol
Good to see another video and you promoting a product i had just discovered after christmas. I done a similar test to you in that i disconnected the battery from my Honda S2000 and connected this up directly to the leads left behind. It fired up first time and barely used any charge. Its much more convenient compared to the huge lead acid jump starter packs that you can buy. Just out of interest for you maybe i have replaced my lead acid car battery with a Shorai lithium battery and that puts out some serious cranking power and weighs less than 5lbs. The only issue is that they don't like cold weather and need abit of time to warm up.
Thats some gipsy magic right there... Honestly never seen anything with such performance.. Anyway very interesting videos you have.
We have a wee doo dad like that here, damn near identical too, called the PowerAll. I might get one at some stage, I think you've done all the real world testing for me
good to see u again Andy
looking forward to see more vids😊
Thanks :)
Aaaah, Mr. Photon, there you are! It's great to see you back. So, what's this then? Pocket-sized car-cranker?
I'd like to know what its real "potential" is. Tested to do things for which it wasn't intended. :D
Thinking electrical (instead of like everyone else asking to pop it) what I'd really like to see being done with this is to hook it up to a really hefty invertor and then see if you can power-up the big boy's power supply (the one upstairs in the playroom) and then to see what you can power-up with that...... and of course, for how long.
mAh means nothing to me. I do kWh and spinning loadwheels. :D
I'd want to know how much I can get an electric meter to register-up by powering a 240v load which is connected to an invertor which in itself is powered by that pocket-sized car cranker.
*_Here's an ABSOLUTELY BANGING IDEA:_*
That invertor you have on that backup system....
Yes.....
First-off, I was thinking some kind of high-energy capacitors in there, but given how small the unit is, I think that, even though super-capacitors have come a long way, they're still not that small where they can fit into such a small unit AND crank-over a car engine like that.
I've heard about peoples' phones catching fire in their pocket or giving nasty burns, imagine for a moment..... a device which has so much power over such a small amount of time being in your pocket and then...... it lets loose.
Anyway, I've written another novel again, ROFL!!
-BoomBoxDeluxe.
Great reply Wayne. When I saw 93 more lines. You can't beat that its BBD.
dont be afraid of LiPo's.. nearly every little gadget is powered by them nowadays.
What I don't like is it doesn't have a 12V cigarette lighter but you could make or buy an adapter of some kind.
loved the vid photon, truly impressed with the product! loved your merc she sounds great bet shes a real beast when you put your foot down :P
That's a nice Mercedes you got! And thank's for this video =)
Yay new video, nice to see you back, mate. If you keep the commercial ones honest (and I am sure you will) no one should complain about it. In the end making vids and blowing stuff up costs money.
great to see you back! that looks like a solid product, might buy one :)
nice set of keys my friend
Finally a good video on YT
Glad you're back... Tear down video my good sir.
I read somewhere that the initial current in a starter motor is around about 70A which for a lead acid battery, it isn't too much of a big deal. For a tiny LiPo battery however, that is insane. I cannot get my head around it.
That thing would make one hell of an E-cig box mod! Cloudz for dayz.
Good to hear from you again!
Looking forward to the update! I was beginning to get worried :)
2:01 "Battery life : 3000 circles"
What is this unit "circles"?
happy new year Mr P
LOVE THE MERC
Thanks for the video, missed ya destroying stuff!
Seen this device before but had doubts, now I think they had it spot on, I was waiting for you to blow it up but that can wait!
Thanks! T
"Battery life: 3000 circles"
Anybody catch that? That was goofy. 😂
Have started my 4,2l v8 with a 2200mah 3cell lipo a few times works great.
For a moment when you said test it to its limits and beyond, I expected it to be connected to something to make it melt, lol.
Sublime mate, nice to see you again.
Very nice little thing! Might have to pick one up for myself. Interestingly they're sold under a couple different names here in the US. About the same price though (doing currency conversions obviously). Now I'd like to see how much power that thing gives when it's shorted! =)
That was an excellent and extremely useful review, well demonstrated too. A double thumbs up!! :D
It's cool you get sponsored, as long as you still try and break shit and give it a fair test.
I'm here to watch things burning, not commercials.
Patience my friend, busting stuff is expensive, who pays for that ? :)
***** "Patience my friend, busting stuff is expensive, who pays for that ? :)"
- Guy who has a 5L V8 Mercedes sitting around not using it...
EDIT: Not trying to offend you, but it seams quite ironic, you know?
muh1h1
Working in London pays for the car mate, ive been paying a mortgage for 20 years, I think I can enjoy a 10 year old car
muh1h1 Wanna buy my car ? lol I don't want it, its a piece of shit ( electronics )
***** Well, i drive a 100HP VW Polo 1.6L from 2001, so yes, i would buy that car. Since it is a piece of shit i offer you 10€, won't pay more than that for a piece of shit :)
the connector on the big croc clips is called an ec3 connector, often used by e-flite BNF and RTF models :) a pack that big will power a humongous quadcopter :D
whatever you do, DO NOT short it out. you will very quickly have a large uncontrollable fire you cannot put out.
Good to see you again photon ,as always a great video please keep them coming as and when you have time :)
oh bit late but happy new year to you :)
Been looking at similar - most above the ton mark, cheaper on ebay but concerend about quality. Tested at 60 quid = great deal. Ordered.
