My daughter born in dec 2 2019 . Is she eligible for next admission in September?
Hello, she would not be 4 then, you would be able to enroll her for nursery but not school reception
My daughter will be 4 on 3 Oct 23. And we would be reaching London in June.
1. Can we get the admission in preprimary directly in June?
2. Can we put her to school in Oct ?
Hello,
It will depend on availability of the school places.
If she would be 4 when you go & apply, you could get place in reception / year 1 from September onwards.
Best way would be once you settle in & get your address proof, go to you city council website & apply to admissions department.

She would go for reception. Yes once u have an address please apply to the city council.

Hello, she will get admission in September.
You need to get a place to stay once you have an address with some proof, eg. Tenancy agreement or bank statement or council bill.
Once you have proof, you can apply for late admissions until 31st March to the city council.
If u get further delays, directly contact the council & they would alot any available seats.

You would need to apply directly to the city council. They would look for a school place according to your address.

Hello, You can appeal it to the council. But unfortunately chances for a different school is slim as we go about 6 miles as well to the school. I've appealed, re applied but no luck.

Hello, she is 4 already so is eligible for reception.
Please contact your city council for more details as intake rules can vary from city to city.

@Buckler6484 you have to be a council tax payer. If you are living in an all inclusive property please ring the council office & have a chat with them.

I just reached Derby on 15th of August and going to apply for the school in 1st week of September for my two kids ( 2rd and 3rd) where as first daughter physically challenged, if i don't get the school that i willing to, can I appeal by considering my first daughter case?
You can appeal
But please keep in mind the councils are very particular about the capacity of the schools.
They may deny your request if they don't have capacity at the moment.

You would need to contact your city council as your child is already 4 years old. You would first need an address proof like utility bill, council tax - then get a place by council wherever a place is available.

U will an address proof first so you can look for schools under the catchment area.
Late school applications can be filed till 31st March if your child is starting school after Nursery I.e. 4 years old.
