As someone with two years of experience, I highly recommend avoiding GRBL-based control boards. They often encounter random stopping issues, which can be incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, especially during CNC operations. Despite upgrading my stepper driver to the BT6600 and trying multiple solutions-such as upgrading the firmware, replacing the control board, and using different CNC software, changing usb cable, changing firmware, changing speed, changing power supply, supply voltage, usb settings, by running on different speed, the problem persists. Also when you do automatic z axis via the probe, automatically machine gets disconnected to pc, Unfortunately, this is a problem rarely discussed on online platforms, but it can completely disrupt a job when the machine unexpectedly stops during cutting.
Thank you very much for sharing your project! I didn't find anyone doing something similar. I have one question - my PSU is 36v and will power the drivers. Do I need to buy another psu for powering the board or 36v is okay? 🤔 or maybe I could use 5V from usb and use a Jumper?
THANKS A LOT how to control a linear actuator with PRESET PROGRAMABLE POSITION AND MEMORY BUTTONS USING ARDUINO. IF YOU KNOW HOW PLEASE TRY TO PROVIDE THE WAY TO DO IT BEST
I would like to know : if you wanted to drive 3 x NEMA 34 ou 42 motors, how would you have acted? Can the circuit you built, also be used for those big motors? And in practice, why was the TB6600 problematic at all and why could you not use the same system as NEMA 17 ones, with your new motors?
On your website there is a GRBL CNC SHIEL CONNECTION DIAGRAM. I wonder, if the middel driver should be conneted to big red + line? Just a through 😊 Have you ever thougth about making that shield for Uno? And is it possible to order such a shield with componemts added? Awsome video and great work💪
lovely! i am also starting into cnc. would you recommend some cnc software to generate g-code from some model? it seems i can't find a nice one, ... thanks !
@@KlaudiusL looks nice, though it looks like it imports directly g-code. i would like to import a model, like svg, dxf or other and to convert it to g-code for cnc..
Carbide create is free and pretty good. Easel is also free and a bit easier for beginners. Use one of these to generate gcode, then use UGS to send the gcode to the machine.
It would be great if you can add optocouplers on the limit switches input...that way you will reduce EMI big time. :)

This seems very obviously sponsored by JLC, but you should explicitly disclose it.
Yes ! This is forbidden !!!

Your hands-on ability is really strong.👍
Great Job Brother, i want a board like this, how can i get it?? And also i would like to use this setup on PLASMA CUTTER
THANKS A LOT

Normally they can add components but it's more expensive.
JLS 52$ delivery? Вобще взрыв мозга!
I really need your help!!! How did you wire all the tb6600 drivers together to the power supply. How did you daisy chain it ?
Well that's trivial : all GND together, and all "VCC" together (in //, not in serial)
Congratulations for 200k 🎉
thank you

@@KlaudiusL thank you!! checking it out!

Thank you so much! Your project helps me a lot, I just did the order on JLCPCB! You are awesome!
Use Candle gcode sender, suitable for grbl 1.1 verson with more features.
Nice video shot, keep it up, thank you for sharing it:)
Bro what kind of courses should i study to make these type of projects
Have a goal in mind and learn what you need to complete it
Sir can you make a video how to conect atomatic writing machine to laptop
¡Fantástico! Ya podrás actualizar la máquina de CNC a un formato más grande 👍
plz make a video on how to configure cnc machine
how many volts power supply you use for nima23
How do we download the PCB file? I don't see a way to do it through the link.

Better than DRV8825 drivers or not? What`s the difference?
DRV8825 are limited to Nema 17 and lower motors. They cannot provide enough current to drive larger motors.
Great project. Thanks for share it
What are limitations of this controller setup? Would it work with nema 34 steppers?
it can work with any size of stepper motor just use proper driver.
I’m using a nema 34 12.5 nm closed loop with a similar grbl board.
@@emiliorh You rock !
@@rusticagenerica thanks
What's the g code generator you use?
Tb6600 is a engineering fault driver if you use for long time you will understand of its auto shitoff
do you make code for money
HI
WHAT IS DIODE TYPE?
THANKS
The Best way is use MACH 3 broo
Bro plz make automatic drill press machine using adruino
Using depth sensor and IR
Excelente como siempre se puede usar para una de 5 ejes osea hay grbl para controlar 5ejes
Where is your location
wow, that's great
Well made Dude 👍
I WANT TO LEARN WITH YOU . CAN YOU HELP ME
nice
can i use nema 17?
yes but it is over kill of nema17
Great
Amazing
Awesome
Great 👍👍
Hi bro
Can u send me this Controller, i would pay you the amount
