I observed that you had not added tamarind nor lemon juice. Secondly why didn't you gring curry leaves along with the coconut etc also while seasoning you could add the curry leaves as it will be crispy. In your own channel you have added tamrind bits while frying the dals etc. The White pumpkin mor koottu looked yummy. Thank you very much. Also inlater version you have steamed the raw banana which i feel will be easier. Planning to make Vazhakkai podi but going to add little lemon juice instead of tamarind. We can steam in a cooker for 15 mts .then cool it & remove the skin.then grate it.easier time saving.but cool completely.then remive skin
