Thank you for this topic. How long does it take between the time you apply to court for recovery and when you get judgement? I have a case that a magistrate judge has delivered on and it has taken 3 months already to get a Certified Copy of the judgement.
Thank you for your feedback. Getting CTC of judgement doesn't take time on a normal day. Your own is peculiar and most likely some hitches in the registry of the court. At times, the CTC may be ready but not signed by the Magistrate yet.
