Thanks a lot for this education
This is very important information
Another suggestion sir….You didn’t define land in your last video on trespass to land.
Sir please this is just a suggestion please… When you use verifiable case laws to buttress any legal principles on any subject you are teaching, explaining the facts of the case and the decision of the court, Aah, law student (especially Nigerian law students) will flood your TH-cam sir and even bring their friends who have challenges in any area of law that you have embellished on… Thank you sir
Hey Sarah! Thank you so much for your feedback and observations. We will look into it
Nice one… I have understood the concept of trespass. But sir, you didn’t use case laws at all.
Thank you sir, though you didn’t use case for any definitions or the remedies… I am a Nigerian law student and our lecturers expects us to use case laws in explaining everything.
This is interesting to know. We can have a video specifically for students. Let's know where you are studying and we can work out a video for you and your colleagues. You can reach me via shirimai03@gmail.com. Thank you

I'm telling you, Barrister, you're doing an absolutely great job. This is what is called Nation Building, while others are busy destroying our country Nigeria in the name of politics and political interest. Our Nigerian politicians have cunningly discouraged Nigerians from having interested in their own Constitution as a result of abuse of the law. Wherever there is no rule law, there is no government - that equals to anarchy. That's the bitter truth and the present dilemma we've found ourselves in. I love your work Sir.❤❤❤ Great job Barrister. ❤❤❤
We are encouraged by your feedback Sir. Thank you
👍👍👍👍
🎉
What is the relation of the rule to holders of customary right of occupancy and statutory right of occupancy?
You are doing a great job sir. Thank you for your consistency especially in helping Nigerians gain knowledge about the law and in exercising their fundamental human rights. ❤
We are grateful for your feedback

We appreciate your feedback Sir
❤ c'est bon
1. Saves Time 2. Sustains relationship 3. Same settlement is enforceable 4. Both parties are at liberty to decide when or how to settle it In summary, it gives you flexibility! Thank you Sir for this eye opener!!
Wawww! Your commitment to our channel is overwhelming. You keep us moving.
Just knowing this. Sounds like ADR. Thank you sir...
Wawwww! Thank you for your feedback Sir.
Good job. Dear colleague. I once had a Client who did not disclose certain facts concerning her son who was adopted by her late husband and was then made the next of kin. The lawyer on the other side had this handy and broke the details to me when we agreed with the opponent for an out of court settlement proposed by them. I was disappointed with my Client.
Wawww! This can be very embarrassing. Thank you for your feedback.
Nice
With Nigerian police? Interesting 😅
Thanks a lot, my question is, does the court has right to marriage issues like divorce or separation if the marriage is not built in court?
Thank you for your question. The Court that will have jurisdiction (power) to entertain matters of marriage will depend on the type of marriage you conducted. If your marriage was not conducted under the Act (Court Marriage), Customary Court will have jurisdiction (power) to entertain matters of this marriage. However, the issue of Forceful Ejection of Spouse that is discussed in this video is a provision of the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act, 2015. The provisions of this law are enforced by NAPTIP. Therefore, whether the marriage is conducted under the Act (Court Marriage) or Customary Marriage, it can still be reported to NAPTIP
Thanks a lot.
You are most welcome. Feel free to reach out anytime.
