Its sad that Chinese don't know a thing about the outside world as the media in China is heavily regulated and censored and gives the news or viewpoint of the world which the CCP want to propagate....Also the hegemony of western media portraying themselves as good guys but the fact the western woman are disrespected in more ways u can think of and not just that men from western countries travel Asia for sex tourism speaks a lots about men from the west (of course not all men) but the west think they can judge any Asian countries because they fill superior and show the negative news coming out from that relevant countries....and here these innocent Chinese people fall in trap of what their CCP Control media show them which is obviously all negative thing about India as they can they can't compete with India's vast diversity and ancient history and culture....India's influence can be seen all over Asia through its culture and family values which is entirely different from the west.....India was a great civilization that ruled Asia for 1500 years and Buddhism and kung fu comes from India but these will not be taught in China as they want to project China as a supreme power in Asia.....and its the innocent Chinese people who fall for all these biased views and form their own conclusion....Note: all these are from my Indian point of views.

A little over 30 years ago I had a Chinese girlfriend. She was studying in Canada and we met at one of her jobs. We dated for five years, but in the end she called it off because I wasn't making enough money, while she had a great job. While she was in university she was asked by her friends if she was trying to get Canadian citizenship by marrying me (she wasn't). Another factor was that her parents didn't approve at all. I met them only twice in those five years but her dad was really against me, the mom probably a bit more open to me. I know she now has American citizenship, but she earned that on her own before she married. No idea what race person she married, but she did tell me that if she dated a black guy her parents would really hate that. She's now a vice president of a health insurance company. I have no right to be, but I am proud that she has been very successful in what she chose to de. Very happy for her.

      @islamisthetruewaytogod6812 ปีที่แล้ว

Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. And terrorists (puppets of the Antichrist) who misinterpret verses, out of ignorance and political motivations, and take them out of historical context (just like radical atheists do by the way), don't help either. Thank you very much for your time.
Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.
(19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad)..
      Salam (Peace) -----------------------------------

@Isabelle Charmley "Foreigner/外国人/老外/洋人" is 99% of the time based on race. Viewers of this channel need to remember that. So, when they say "foreigner", they generally aren't talking about Koreans or Japanese at all. I personally find this very distasteful and racist, especially since Chinese people continue to call locals "foreigner/外国人/老外/洋人" when they visit places like Denmark. In fact, even when I visit China, I reject being called "foreigner/外国人/老外/洋人" if the term is on the basis of race. I only accept the term/s if (a) a Vietnamese person (for example) is equally a foreigner to me; (b) the Chinese person using the word fully accepts that s/he is a foreigner whenever they are outside China, even in a Chinese migrant community, such as Singapore; and (c) the topic of conversation necessitated the category. With (c) if it's about whether people can('t) eat spicy food, then the category is totally irrelevant, because it's far more likely that a Westerner eats pepperoni salami, wasabi or Indian curry than a Chinese person.

After living there for 2 years and teaching adult students, it seems easy to start a relationship in China as a foreigner, a lot of students were quite forward with me about that, but they also have quite a traditional expectation about relationships - they plan to get married eventually, they don't just date casually. So take that into account and be responsible about entering into relationships with them. Oh and the parents probably won't like you if you don't already have a house!

Chinese folks in general find white folks more attractive which is fine that’s why you should bring more to the table beside your look, if you eat well and stay fit you’ll still be attractive and have some more confidence don’t make it an excuse just because you were born that way. You have to be responsible as well. Cheers

Talking from experience, I'm still talking to the same girl since I came back from the states 3 years ago(We communicate daily). We've been planning to meet soon again.

I think that one might have genuinely been a compliment towards Belarus. Maybe the Chinese historically and politically feel more associated with Russia, the former Soviet Union and the Russophone sphere in general. Maybe then for the Chinese, Belarus doesn't feel that distant after all. I mean, they were more negative in this video about truly Asian countries like India; like the girl at 7:36, that described India as a "remote, far away country", whereas it's literally a neighbor country. But apparently Belarus (and I guess Russia and the Ukraine too) feel probably less distant to the Chinese than (their political rival) India.

This should be obvious but the Africans who can immigrate to the US aren't average, because immigration to the US is a task that the average African literally cannot do. These are people that are in the top ~1% of Africans who have a strong educational background, and who have their stuff in order. Most people call it brain drain. This of course doesn't apply to Africans with refugee status, who could be of almost any background. Also, adding "in their own unique way" makes it sound a bit like a backhanded compliment.

As a German born Cantonese who studied in China, it is really funny for me how I can confirm the prejudices xD
Don't want to be offensive but the majority of the people I met weren't interested at Africans, Arabs, Indians and similar people of "darker skin", because these countries are regarded as poor and not attractive. The comment about not liking countries that are far is also interesting, as Europe and america are pretty far from China xD. Americans and Englishmen, are always seen as the typical handsome Brad Pitt. Its really interesting, as especially we Europeans like to make fun of obese Americans (which is of course not nice)
Also french is just seen as the country of L'amour with the typical romantic Womanizer, whereby there are so many french with darker skin colour....
Germans were always seen as people with strong discipline and work ethic because of big companies like BMW, Audi etc... So even myself who looks Chinese received special treatment and respect for that xD
I could also say a lot about the fact why foreigners date Chinese girls and why Chinese men don't date so many foreign girls, but I would rather leave it out so maybe I can get interviewed xD

    • @weirdsearchhistory5876
      @weirdsearchhistory5876 3 ปีที่แล้ว +13

But why would most Europeans feel justified making fun of America for being obese? Europe is also a fat continent and over half the EU's adult population is overweight or obese; with Germany contributing it's share of overweight people. So this amounts to a pot and kettle situation. It's true that it's immature and mean spirited behavior but the really sad part is it exposes those people in your country as ignorant of the fact Germany/EU has the same problem. Your numbers aren't as high as America's yet but they are bad enough I would just have to avoid those conversations to avoid sounding like a hypocrite or an uneducated person. But I've learned that there will always be people who continue in ignorance by choice.

Li Lan did the same while I was in France, she went back to China. It would be too hard for her due to culture, langage, visa and food ( very important spicy food for a chinese girl from Sichuan ! ) I ve been twice to China, I loved it, wonderful memories traveling around. She took me to incredible places, but no way I live there in a small village away from Chongquig close to her parents. Been in her family for chinese new year. Separate room lol. The whole thing has been a lifetime experience. But she wanted to live there, more her parents actually. No one speak english over there, no much to do, no job for me, very poor area in the mountains.
We have travelled 12 countries around Asia in 5 years, been through amazing adventures together but at the end, we knew somehow it couldn't work. We knew it from the beginning to be honest. It was a big issue, we could argue sometimes but we thought we could fix it later. We couldn't.
And well, in China as a daughter, its very important to be married around 25 years old. Family, babies this kind of thing. If you are single around 30 years, basically, you too old as a girl. It gonna be hard to find someone then. Was always a big pressure from her parents into her, wedding, baby. Not my kind really. So time passed, we couldn't find a solution and i decided to break up and give her a chance to find someone else. A chinese guy which could fill her needs, maybe. More classical relationship but its something I can't give to her. I didn't want to play with her. Don't ask me if she is happy, we are not in contact since 2 years but I hope yea, she met someone and will be happy. A very nice girl, clever, funny, beautiful soul,. Very special, open-minded and she was a beauty. I'm very grateful for what we experienced together, we grew up together. That was something. I only have good memories about our relationship.
There is so much more to say but I should write a book then !

Just like to point out what I know. But also what not always is realised. And that is how the whole world is 99% similar. All the people in the video could literally be all European and they would say, react, feel the same way with the same openness. The same for the whole rest of the world. That is what I love. What I mean with that ultimately is that, sometimes this platform on certain videos about Conflicts around the world from government perspective, which by the way trickles down to thinking you should stand by your government even if it is hurting other nations or neighbors next to you. Which is where we see polarizing reactions. yeah ALL you are like this. ALL you are like that. There is no all at all. Most of us are literally 99% the same around the world. The same feelings, the same kindness in us and the same openness. We literally all think how lovely it would be to interact with a European, or a Asian or American or African. That is what I like. And that is also what I can see in such videos.
And ps. The videos of conflicts which shows polarizing answers. These are internet based. We feel the need to be very hard and black and white on the internet. Or else we think others are not hearing us. But lets say someone is very black and white on a video. Don't you think this person in reality may easily have been purswayed by a smart and kind person to think otherwise? I have some fears and definitely doubts about the Chinese government. And it's also my right as someone who investigates a lot. I have real credible fundaments for that. But I am not going to say China is bad in everything. Not at all. A country exists out of 1 million different things. And that is what I mean. Polizaring and black and white is like everything is being reduced to 1 thing.
In a alternative timeline maybe I would have been making a Chinese girl extremely happy in a wonderful relationship. And in another alternative world I would have done the same with a person from every country in the world as the same person that I am. And Im sure I could find many wonderful things I could enjoy in all countries.
Literally we are much much closer to eachother than we think.
Also. I met a Chinese girl. I influenced her a lot with a county that I love dearly, which is Greece. She is in love with it too now as I showed her many things and she went to Greece for the first time and said that never had she experienced such a special holiday ever. Nowhere on earth. I loved her reaction and experience a lot. And what was also lovely is when she was sharing throughout the year moments like: today we have this tradition, and another day we celebrate that! it was lovely. and I did the same back. She then saw that Greek and Chinese traditions may have even much more similarities and she would even say, that maybe some of the Chinese dancing traditions may have indirectly come from some Greek influences when we would be sharing lovely things.
Point with all this is again, there is much more similarities in many things. than meets the eye. and also that people, if they are curious would only enrich eachother. Enrich!

Canadian beliefs are based on having trust in one another, and helping those who are struggling. I will back my statement up by firstly saying that most of us have enough faith in one another, and the law, to leave our car doors and houses unlocked, and even the way our taxes and healthcare works is a perfect example of helping those who would be stuck in a bad situation, get the help they need. As a Canadian, I actually think we're solid lads who are, for the most part worthy of the title 'gentleman' (many exceptions exist of course LMAO).

As someone who finished my bachelors in the USA and now living in Canada, she is right. Canadian are way nicer than Americans, they are better in every aspect that I measure so far.

Yeah ... she laugh ... ha ha ha ... be ready for a hell of devastating relationship. I know this kind of woman in Japan, looks like they follow the same pattern ...
They will date you, they will pretend that they like you, just to get involved in a relationship to get pregnant as fast as they can. She will not love you, she will not treat you as a real partner. She will take your child from you, and they will disappear from your life, and you will have to continue paying to her for the child´s care.
I have some friends that falled in love with this kind of asian woman, (they just want to show how cute their babies are, gives them some kind of reputation or something like that) and i promise you, if you want to throw your existence to the toilet, this kind of woman it is perfect for you.

Brilliant video. My boyfriend is from Shanghai, and we are very happy. China and England is a perfect mix. I'm sure it doesn't matter the region someone is from. It only matters what your heart says.

I have dated a Chinese American man and I very much enjoyed. I have not dated a man while living in China however. I mostly like good manners and to mostly follow cultural norms of a partner that I like in general. Language isn't an issue for me because hopefully I would not have to say much or having to be explaining myself; As long as they get what I'm about as a person.
