Trip to voco hotel in Chiayi, TAIWAN (new IHG hotel in Taiwan)

Let's take a trip to a newly opened IHG hotel in Chiayi, Taiwan. It is close to Alishan mountains, perfect for people to have a visit and a rest.
It just opened 2 weeks ago. It is nice and large and has a wonderful breakfast and a super powerful shower. I do recommend this hotel, but I do recommend the nearby Holiday Inn even more.
All of my travels will use my OWN money, OWN points, and OWN miles. I do not use points/miles/money earned from any referrals. I have zero referrals. I also do not use any so-called "player 2" cards.
I will not have any of the following in the description or in any of my videos:

Google review on this hotel is 3.9, wonder why people don't like it. Also, is there anything to do with kids around Chiayi ?

The hotel just opened, so I am guessing that there are not too many reviews right now. I think if given some time the ratings will go up. I enjoyed my stay personally. Chiayi has 2 major attractions: 1) Alishan Mountains, 2) National Palace Museum Southern Branch. Not sure if kids will like either one, but I am sure that Chiayi has other attractions.
