Shaq is built different though he’s not just huge he’s built and explosive power athletic , he doesn’t look like he’s got the structure the way his body is firmed he’s more like natural giant but doesn’t look like would be stronger ?

Targeting a particular muscles or movement will make you stronger in that area. Unfortunately, it won't strengthen the whole chain. If you want to be really strong. You need to dedicate some time to compound movements. The Russian have been doing this for decades, they've got this down to a science. I like that Devon is trying to change it, but it's never gonna happen.

He's become heavyweight wprld champion many times, and he has beaten many champions, while being lighter and smaller than most of them. Not to mention he has brought so much attention to the sport. I honestly don’t want armwrestling in the olympics, it will be so politicized and WAF will literally bastardize the process. WAF has already proven that they’re incapable of corruption and having control over the process of the Olympics qualifying it would just become a banana republic sport at the elite level
