Who was it that said, "Don't practice until you get it right.... practice until you don't get it wrong"? I think that sums up what you are saying. Unquestionably the best coach on TH-cam.
i feel you are the best teacher on youtube. Sometimes you talk so fast I have a hard time connecting the dots. Thanks for all the great info. BTW I'm old.
Huge fan of this channel! I need help understanding the downswing and its relation to “wrist set and the release” if you have any videos on that. Rolling the wrist vs “dragging”. The bottom third of the circle if that makes sense.
This video is me to a T. Lifting the arms above shoulder plane, then first move across. Strike on the toe. Fixing the takeaway has been game changing, step two is now going to be shorter, more connected arm swing. Might try and work in those half shots to drill the takeaway even more.
My practice swings usually go reasonably well, but when I hit the actual swing I tend to tighten and fall back and do not transfer my weight to my front foot enough. Do you have practice routines and swing thoughts on how to have my weight more on front foot? Thanks upfront and greetings from The Netherlands!
Question about setting the head before takeaway For they left eye dominant player, (right handed) is it good to put the dominant eye on the ball ie rotate the head a bit before or early in takeaway? (Snead, Hogan, Nicklaus) It seems to me that this would help keep the club in front of you in combination with your hip bump. I havent seen you discuss eye dominance, maybe I missed it. Your thoughts....
I alwways wondered. If the drill of stopping halfway produces such an amazing result so consistently, why would you not take that exact swing to the course?
I noticed he takes it a bit outside before the lesson. Would it be correct to assume to try to get the takeaway a bit more inside? Currently my takeaway looks like his pre lesson.
I’m no pro, but my driver and irons were right the more I stayed down, I closed the club face at address and voilà - straighter and with power ! Good luck!

Your student has great rotation through the ball! I'd love to see the drill you use to get that action! 👍🏻🙌🏻

Good pep-talk at the end there about not abandoning the drill 🤙🏻
This coach is amazing!

Looking forward to the drills!
We will let you know as soon as they are out!!

Got new irons this summer, my coach and I joke we're on a time clock to fix the swing to avoid any wear patterns on the toe haha

This worked for my irons but I’m having a hard time translating it to my driver. Would you do a video using this drill with the driver?
Adam, when the left shoulder pushes the club back, does the left knee start moving at the same time or a little later in the takeaway 🤔?
Great stuff coach.
Glad you liked it!

My range sessions are 💩!! Can we get an updated “How to practice at the at the Range”.
This seems like my error.
Were his divots deeper at the toe in addition to a bit outside in?
Where did he describe "his miss"?
Is like L to L?

Adam has said that the hands move straight down the line for the first 12-18 inches.
I hit my driver out of the center of the face but it goes high right. Not a slice just a huge 30 yard block. Any quick fixes?

I hit it so well doing the half and then rotated up but when I try to make it one swing it's never consistent lol
Same dude my brain instantly goes back to lifting my arms above plane
Toe misses, that’s my life! I’ve began to think I have a secret toe fetish 😂😂
