Sad to say but the City has gone. I went to St. Joe"s elementary on N. Olden Ave and Trenton Catholic Boys high, I walk back and forth from E. State bus station and never ever had a problem, now I am not sure I would venture around like that. Left for colllege in NYC and stayed there and worked.

It's an old and reliable strategy. Land Developers buy :
¹ Old established (and Key) Family Businesses and Properties,
² Service Properties (= Banks, Pharmacies,), Tenements...
In the interim, Entrepreneurs Lease business properties. Then, after a few years they're priced out of business via Rent Increases.
The local economy suffers and residents have to travel for necessities. It continues until the Neighborhood dies.

No chick is worth dating, No Ni66a is worth hangout with, No organization is worth following, No human is worth worshipping. Everyone is messed up. Just follow the Word of GOD.

When it comes to GUYS and GIRLS:
Guys try to BLOCK you mentally, emotionally and physically from gaining power.
Girls try to DRAIN you of your power.
The guys who try to BLOCK you from coming up are friends, coworkers, family members and neighbors.
