A rainy approach into Boeing Field in the Pilatus PC-24 Captain flies us in Single Pilot. Playing with a new gimbal . just keeping It simple no edit Enjoy.
I come back and rewatch this video every week, it seems. It has everything that appeals to me: airplane, rain, white noise, my Seattle area, and (not to sound too much like a radfem) a woman in the left seat. Just love this! ❤️
I would need a Porto potty for this landing. I can tell it was rough and bumpy.....the left seat was as cool as a cucumber so I tip my hat on a job well done.
Pilatus beautiful aircraft ...Swiss made👍 ...good landing captain in this condition crosswind, rain ...in single pilot procedure 👍....and good video of course 👌
love the Pilatus. I worked for a company operating PC-12s for a while and really fell in love with that aircraft, then Pilatus in general. great stuff.
Great cockpit view. Looked pretty choppy outside on getting to the landing. I've flown in one of these from Boeing Field to Portland, glad that was a calmer day!
Yes, I was also thinking "clean, uncluttered, efficient". Now I know what to do with my lotto winnings . . . if they would get on the ball and draw my numbers all on the same day. 😄
Holy crap that was you! I was driving on I-5 as you were on approach for landing. I’ve flown into Boeing field 3 times when I was doing my flight training.
I knew this video was coming! I saw you on Flight Radar 24, and then started to listen to you guys on ATC though LiveATC. I’ve been doing some makeshift planespotting from the LiveCams on top of Klay Lacy Aviation, and saw you guys exiting the runway at 15:05
Are you referring to financial capabilities or piloting ability? The reason I ask is that I have learned from many years of flying that most fixed-wing aircraft fly in quite similar fashion; the keys to flying them safely are learning the numbers, systems, and procedures, etc. As to the $$.....
I love the layout of the cockpit, it must be a dream to fly the PC24's.....love all of your videos of this great plane.....keep on doing, want see all of your travels.....
You must have showed Cheri how to fly it good. She sure greased it on the runway nice. I'm sure you can reuse the the aircraft, so all in all an Excellent Landing 😁
Man it would’ve been a great Christmas gift to lay my eyes on 5PS, dream plane for sure. Happy holidays! Sucks I was just down at Boeing field last week.
Such an amazing aircraft. I know they were hell bent on having the same cargo door as the 12. But at the expense of having a normal bathroom. I wonder how many sales they've lost because of the build it yourself bathroom they came up with.
Pilatus are usually quite good with aircraft design but I guess that they forgot to install an outlet for recording the flight deck audio. Damn, that's a noisy thing, like they took the plans for the 1960's Hawker Siddeley 125.
2:03 Man I got yelled at by a captain one time on an ILS in weather like this for taking my hand off the yoke to rub my eye for a moment lol. I was in a 121 environment though
ya know ,I searched the comments to see if anyone else got nervous watching her put her hands in her lap all the way to the call to intercept the localizer, descending in IMC, single pilot. I'm sure she a sky goddess with a trillion hours in type ... but I got a little nervous.
@@mcsvls what if? what if there's a momentary glitch in all that hi tech gear? your now behind the ball and these planes do not let you get behind the ball without paying the price js
Could someone more familiar with the ways of aviation explain to me why we didn't ever hear the pilot ask for permission to land? Had it all been sorted out before the video began, or was her voice drowned out by the white noise?
@@PlaneJunkies it’s like marriage. At first you fear the loss of freedom and the prospect of a long commitment. Kind of scary. Two divorces later, you’re an old pro! “Alrighty,” you say to yourself, “maybe third times the charm!” No

Glad you enjoy it!
Seattle pilots asseeembbbllleee!
The cockpit of this aircraft is gorgeous, looks so logically laid out, must be a joy to fly it. Cheers !
It’s always a Joy to fly any airplane ✈️ ! 😍
This bird doesn't even need a paved runway. Beautiful
An overcast day in Seattle? No way!!
Great landing, by the way :)
I would need a Porto potty for this landing. I can tell it was rough and bumpy.....the left seat was as cool as a cucumber so I tip my hat on a job well done.
Awesome cockpit view and the new Captain feels very comfortable flying the space Ship. Good job.
Pilatus beautiful aircraft ...Swiss made👍 ...good landing captain in this condition crosswind, rain ...in single pilot procedure 👍....and good video of course 👌
She flew that beast onto the runway 👏👍
She's a beast. Super composed piloting.
love the Pilatus. I worked for a company operating PC-12s for a while and really fell in love with that aircraft, then Pilatus in general. great stuff.
Wow, beautiful flight deck!
It really is!

Another Ace 👍🏼👌✅👏🏽👏🏽💎 Landings. Bad miserable 😖 weather always a bummer 😖
Thanks for sharing...... I felt like I was aboard.... Nice approach and landing.......
Good camera work, shows a lot of interesting details - inside and out.
Such an updated cockpit. 🤩 Beautiful aircraft
Gorgeous Cockpit. nothing like a rainy windy approach to KBFI
I thought that was you! I work the desk at signature! She’s a beautiful bird to see in person!
lol thanks lol
Call me late to the interiors of other aircraft but the cockpit displays are Eye Candy for this flight sim junkie. Really good video!

Nice! Life in the air, in a such plane, should be good.

Very cool!
Such a beautiful flight deck

Love that plane but lACK OF MONEY IS DISAPPOINTING SO I STOP DREAMING
What a cool airplane, albeit infinitely beyond my capabilities!
You've got yourself another subscriber.
thank you !!

Very nice flight. Please keep coming out with more vlogs!!
Thank you! Will do!
Ahhhh got to love technology. This thing is a Cadillac. Flys itself and lands itself with very minimal human involvement.
sure does. flying single pilot is so easy
I love the layout of the cockpit, it must be a dream to fly the PC24's.....love all of your videos of this great plane.....keep on doing, want see all of your travels.....
I believe this was landing to pick up my family to head to Scottsdale! Thanks for the flight! What an awesome plane!
Thank you for flying AirSmart ! lol
OUTSTANDING!!!
Very spectacular!
This is my dream sim-cockpit. Awesome video!
thanks
brilliant job well handled and excellent cam job. cheers for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice one Tommy thanks for sharing. Cheri did a great job. We miss the ATC audio though, great value for the content.
Glad you enjoyed it, this was just a test set up I have a SDL VGT coming with ATC audio :)
You must have showed Cheri how to fly it good. She sure greased it on the runway nice. I'm sure you can reuse the the aircraft, so all in all an Excellent Landing 😁
Beautiful landing!!!
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 amazing n beautiful landing
All in a day's work! But what an office!
...another great job Tommy..thanks for sharing..and Best Wishes for the New Year ..
Happy new year!
looks like a video game display. way cool, just another day at the office...........
Sweet video. I bet it is a blast to fly.
It's hard to imagine ONE pilot can do comms, charts, and fly the aircraft
Easy if you have the right tools and training
I flew in the 90's and there were no computers back then, it was all steam gauges, and NO knobs to turn to headings. and we managed.
Man it would’ve been a great Christmas gift to lay my eyes on 5PS, dream plane for sure. Happy holidays! Sucks I was just down at Boeing field last week.
You go girl!
You showed Cheri how to fly it well Tommy. She sure greased in onto the runway nice.
Very beautiful!!! 👏🏻👏🏻🤩
Fun
Excellent!
Many thanks!
Thank you for sharing all the best to you and your family cheers
Same to you!
These are set up nicely and for the money a great choice for private jets.
Thanks for the ride.
When I win the lottery, that's my plane 🤣
I love the Pilatus. Hope you enjoyed flying into my former home field. Did a lot of flying at BFI when Wings Aloft was around.
so cool beautyful landing
Pilot has on shade what a rainy weather.
And look at all those 737 MAX sitting on the tarmac.
Respect
It's amazing what a computer can do simples
Happy holidays to you and yours, and thanks for the great videos
Happy holidays!
I live in Seattle and land into Boeing field! the vid looks soooo satisfying and peaceful
Good landing
Streaming at 4K thanks for the test!
I keep waiting for the warning beepers to go off, and I don’t know what to do! Subscriber from Portugal, thank you.
Nice
Thanks
I bet she makes smooooth landings
Love this channel and hope to see this plane and it's crew one day soon.
Thank you
Awesome. Thanks
You're welcome!
Yodelllllleeeeeeiouuuuu.......piece of cake, flat earth AND HEIDI at the controls ......kick butt kite....😎🏆🥃
no vfr there lol,,, do an inside of the cabin sometime :))
Its not even sunny and its way too cloudy and rainy and yet she is warring sunglasses!!!😂😂😂😂😂😀😎
Impressive plane and nice to see a female pilot.
Looks like a spaceship
Nice video but would have liked to hear both sides of communications.
Agreed!
Such an amazing aircraft. I know they were hell bent on having the same cargo door as the 12. But at the expense of having a normal bathroom.
I wonder how many sales they've lost because of the build it yourself bathroom they came up with.
Not many.....I think.....toilet is OK......plane feels big.
More advanced than a 777.
You literally flew right over my house....
Looks like a much larger aircraft from the cockpit.
Love your videos, Tommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
Thank you !

Wow.. thats the best cockpit i have seen thus far. What plane is it?
pilatus pc24
I'm surprised the runway didn't seem to have much lighting.
I'd like to see her flying in more videos.
Needs cockpit and ATC audio.....nice flying!
stormy approach
Vref at 5 miles in. I’d hate to be behind you 😅
Brilliant ! I'm subscribing.
Thank you
Oh cool, let's film the clouds....
Not. Copilot...??? Nice work captain...
Mashallah ❤️
Garmin flight software makes the pilot's jobs seem easy
Honeywell system
Very nice job!!
Thank you!
2:03 Man I got yelled at by a captain one time on an ILS in weather like this for taking my hand off the yoke to rub my eye for a moment lol. I was in a 121 environment though
It was on autopilot, why would a hand be on the yoke?
Most with a first class medical as per 121 have two hands available to choose from. Did you have some kind of a waiver?
ya know ,I searched the comments to see if anyone else got nervous watching her put her hands in her lap all the way to the call to intercept the localizer, descending in IMC, single pilot. I'm sure she a sky goddess with a trillion hours in type ... but I got a little nervous.

Either she is a woman of steel or she is nervous but doesn't show it. She is very quiet and calm.
Saw a few 777Xs on the right there
This just me think about the pilots who had to do this without autopilot or digital instruments.
I used to. A lot of the time IFR. At KBFI. I always thought about how cold Elliott Bay must be.
So lucky...
Hello.
Great video!
Please tell me, what camera do you shoot with, model?
Could someone more familiar with the ways of aviation explain to me why we didn't ever hear the pilot ask for permission to land? Had it all been sorted out before the video began, or was her voice drowned out by the white noise?
PC-24 certified for CAT II approaches? That would be a two crew operation, in that scenario
I saw our Finance Minister Rod Phillips there (2) weeks ago !
Don’t know how people fly let alone pilot . To me watching this is like watching a horror movie waiting any second for disaster to strike .
what the difference when a pilot flies solo when they are learning to fly
@@PlaneJunkies sorry not putting down solo flying . Just saying I have great admiration for any pilot , flying in general simply freaks me out .
no worries . flying is very safe .you should try some lessons and get a better understanding of it and your fears will turn into joy lol

United pilot, thx >>>>>>
with all the water on the windshield, what's it like at night?
it works but would love to have wipers lol
