thats dumb. I go to so many suit outlets and they always look badly fitted. Suits arent made for brawny men they're made to flatter the average man. i cant even find a shirt that fits me, 16 inch necks usually mean the waist fitting is large but ive got big shoulders and a small waist. Theres a price to pay when you're in good shape things cost more as well as eating healthy costs a fortune. Life is generally stupid.

@BobbyM It doesn't have to be expensive as it's really all about fit, thrifted or even budget brands with basic tailoring will look high fab. Get a basic sewing machine and a few hours of youtube tutorials and practice on old clothes, soon you will be able to hem, taiper and refit most of your wardrobe. Or just find a decent seamstress/tailor and get stuff adjusted. Understanding is the first step then action is the second.
Ok well, paying that price is somewhat an investment of sorts, you’re getting a good piece, made by someone with fair wages, with quality textiles that you can keep for many more years then what fast fashion can offer.

Most certainly doesn't mean you have superior telomeres. You have dark skinned people who's skin looks more youthful into older age but on average they die younger signifying that their telomeres are probably also aging more quickly.

You should bring this series back. My husband would be a good candidate for this. He is very handsome, but doesn't tend to himself as he should. Spends all of his energy on our family.

Men tend to show their age around their eyes, so it’s good for ALL men of any age to start and continue to use moisturizing skin care (especially around the eye area where the crows feet, eye bags, etc tend to show a much older age than you actually are). To go even more on the smoother, younger, more awake look there’s always a a concealer to get rid of any dark circles one might have…there are many brands out there that will give good coverage without being too heavy. For the men that have to have products that have the pronoun MEN on the packaging then go for it, however cosmetics has no gender. So what ever packaging that you prefer at least you’re doing a good thing for your skin and overall appearance. THANKS for posting.

The guy does not look 30..more like 35-40. But what makes him look older is not bec he has aging skin etc. But more of being reserved and having that accomplished look that most young people dont have
No he definitely looks older. He has bags under his eyes that are discolored compared to his skin, a fair amount of gray hair along with a full beard. He looks like he would be a good looking guy in his early to mid 40s, but for 30 he looks fairly old.
Possibly, along with signs of inadequate rest and possibly bad diet. You can see it a lot in how dull his skin looks, especially relative to Tom (any makeup notwithstanding). His skin doesn't have a youthful glow to it. The premature gray is hard to stop, especially when you have a substandard diet combined with little rest, but the skin can be corrected fairly quickly.
