It’s been two years since I discarded the narcissist from my past. I dealt with him for four. I wrote a list of all of the ways he hurt me and used me. Then I asked myself, “Do I want to write this same list next year? Will it be longer next year?” It made it easier for me to stop talking to him. I don’t regret blocking and deleting, I won’t forgive him, and I’m getting a stun gun to protect myself.
My ex was looking like what the heck? She got a nice vehicle now and looking good without me. I didn't have transportation for a few years, but ended up getting blessed a few months after our parting like the red sea. So, as an act of jealousy he called himself getting something better than what I have. I know full good and well he isn't paying 2 car payments and insurance for 2 vehicles. He cried about paying for his car. Told me I won't find any one like him. To make me feel like he did. Seriously? So cocky and arrogant. The lady he is with now is on cloud nine not knowing he has cheated on her the entire time they have been together. She will soon find out. He financially abused me. Wanted me to pay for everything. Wanted me to pay all the rent by myself while he said he would pay the lights and gas. Just pitiful. Can't believe I was so blind.

My ex got arrested when I broke it off, and the next time I saw him was in court for a TRO hearing. He was in oranges and bracelets, and plead no contest to the TRO. But, he also broke the no contact order three weeks after it was issued, WHILE HE WAS STILL IN JAIL, YA'LL. If he thinks the best I could ever hope for in a relationship is him, his delusion level is beyond beyond.
Lee yes I would definitely tell everyone to stay alert. It's been almost two years and I received two ph calls from a private # after 12:30 am.. I never answer the ph from any #'s I don't recognize! I always say if it's important a person will leave a message and I can call them back.
My own mother kept encouraging me to take him back, each time he beat me, saying..”Nikki, you need to learn to take the good with the bad, and you’re not going to do any better than Chad Williams, because they just don’t come and BETTER’”. I didn’t know at the time that they were having an affair. The plot thickens.

The ones from jail, on the “recorded” line, and also the blocked/unknown callers… I keep a second phone, always charged, and RECORD all the calls coming from “contraband “ phones. I keep a running list of interrogation questions in my notes, and just interrupt all the “sweet talking” begs, and pleads, with a battery of questions, tripping him up, making him sorry he even violated (yet again) the protective order. He squirms, and starts trying to get to get off the phone with me, saying he’s running out of minutes. Meanwhile, I’m stacking up evidence. When they go to court, and try to argue, that the inmate has been a “model prisoner”…. Yea right. Who exactly is in charge of monitoring their ability to reach out and torment their victim?

I was so proud of how I reacted when I literally crossed paths with the narcissist ex a few months back. He was leaving the casino I work at and was walking through the common area towards the exit. I was walking with another coworker in that same space and going another direction, and we would have collided if one of us didn't slow down or stop. He saw me first but when I looked up and realized he was approaching, he stopped and gestured with his hand for us to go ahead of him, pretending to be a gentleman. He was laser focused on me with a stupid grin on his face. When it registered in my brain that it was 'him', our eyes met for a split second, I broke eye contact and looked right through him with absolutely NO EMOTION. I acted like I didn't even see him. I didn't look startled, change my expression or break my stride at all or nod to acknowledge him and when we passed him, I never turned around to see where he was going. The friend that I was with had no idea that I even knew the guy we just passed. I was so calm and cool about it and she didn't know the backstory until I was safely around the corner where he was completely out of sight, when I finally was able to freak out about it. I schooled her on narcissism for about a half hour after that and she was blown away by what I was telling her. We laughed afterwards and I was so glad I was with someone else when that happened. I totally and completely ignored him and I bet that made him mad as hell! I'm so glad I treated him like he was invisible and didn't give him any fuel off my body language but now he knows where I work, but he's too lazy to bother me there, also because he wouldn't want to be banned from playing the slots! I hope he lost money too that day! 👍🤣😂😆

I have cut off all contact with him, I used to ask myself, I wonder if he ever really even cared about me. I got my answer......He can't care about me, he is incapable of doing so.

I’m in a healthy relationship now though which is pretty lucky 🍀 I unblock him from time to time & he still texts me but I never say anything back. Always end up blocking him immediately. Mine I had to see at court. I looked my best, had hair done but I was with him enough that I just knew he said something I had gained weight. He was looking at me a few times I caught him. He walked in the courthouse all loud I could tell it was his insecurities showing. He pretended he was in bothered. Then knowing I hate his text messages he turned the volume all the way up so I could hear him receive and return texts when he was grey rocking me. His tactics worked, got in my head. Still ignored me after I dropped charges.
Being in a small town I’ve seen her a few times in public. She always turns red and gets away as soon as possible. Found out she was cheating and told her to take care of herself after she wanted a break.

The 13th of this month makes 6 months no contact I've got to say best decision I made cutting my ex out of my life it is so much more peaceful the 16th makes a year since I left I'm such a different person and I am so thankful I found your channel its really helped me alot in the beginning of me leaving and going no contact and staying no contact I'm forever grateful ❤

My ex from 1985 ( we have two kids). Has always given me the silent treatment since the kids are grown. He's now remarried and super rich. He let my daughter use one of his cabins to entertain me and my large family for a week. He was entertaining his wife and her family at another ninety miles away. He actually came to where I was for one night, cooked for my family. Never said one word to me. Now after learning about narcs, I wonder if it was an accident that he walked in on me in the bathroom. I put absolutely no personal info about myself online (because my nex cyberstalked and harassed me when we broke up). 10 years later they reached out with another hollow, hooving apology. I let them know I wasnt impressed so they took to the internet saying I need to "get a partner, a family, move out of my parents house, and get a job" he knows sweet F.A. about me and that comment let me know just how much that bothers him 😊✌️

My ex got arrested when I broke it off, and the next time I saw him was in court for a TRO hearing. He was in oranges and bracelets, and plead no contest to the TRO. But, he also broke the no contact order three weeks after it was issued, WHILE HE WAS STILL IN JAIL, YA'LL. If he thinks the best I could ever hope for in a relationship is him, his delusion level is beyond beyond.
Lee yes I would definitely tell everyone to stay alert. It's been almost two years and I received two ph calls from a private # after 12:30 am.. I never answer the ph from any #'s I don't recognize! I always say if it's important a person will leave a message and I can call them back.

The ones from jail, on the “recorded” line, and also the blocked/unknown callers… I keep a second phone, always charged, and RECORD all the calls coming from “contraband “ phones. I keep a running list of interrogation questions in my notes, and just interrupt all the “sweet talking” begs, and pleads, with a battery of questions, tripping him up, making him sorry he even violated (yet again) the protective order. He squirms, and starts trying to get to get off the phone with me, saying he’s running out of minutes. Meanwhile, I’m stacking up evidence. When they go to court, and try to argue, that the inmate has been a “model prisoner”…. Yea right. Who exactly is in charge of monitoring their ability to reach out and torment their victim?

I was so proud of how I reacted when I literally crossed paths with the narcissist ex a few months back. He was leaving the casino I work at and was walking through the common area towards the exit. I was walking with another coworker in that same space and going another direction, and we would have collided if one of us didn't slow down or stop. He saw me first but when I looked up and realized he was approaching, he stopped and gestured with his hand for us to go ahead of him, pretending to be a gentleman. He was laser focused on me with a stupid grin on his face. When it registered in my brain that it was 'him', our eyes met for a split second, I broke eye contact and looked right through him with absolutely NO EMOTION. I acted like I didn't even see him. I didn't look startled, change my expression or break my stride at all or nod to acknowledge him and when we passed him, I never turned around to see where he was going. The friend that I was with had no idea that I even knew the guy we just passed. I was so calm and cool about it and she didn't know the backstory until I was safely around the corner where he was completely out of sight, when I finally was able to freak out about it. I schooled her on narcissism for about a half hour after that and she was blown away by what I was telling her. We laughed afterwards and I was so glad I was with someone else when that happened. I totally and completely ignored him and I bet that made him mad as hell! I'm so glad I treated him like he was invisible and didn't give him any fuel off my body language but now he knows where I work, but he's too lazy to bother me there, also because he wouldn't want to be banned from playing the slots! I hope he lost money too that day! 👍🤣😂😆

😔 my toxic narcisstic ex - after 1.5 years reached out to me. Totally tried to hammer me with all the "remember when we". He went right back to being the guy he was. I had to stop contact with him after 48 hours. When I called him out on being a narcissists, he didn't even deny it, which sealed the deal for me. I have cut off all contact with him, I used to ask myself, I wonder if he ever really even cared about me. I got my answer......He can't care about me, he is incapable of doing so.

Mine I had to see at court. I looked my best, had hair done but I was with him enough that I just knew he said something I had gained weight. He was looking at me a few times I caught him. He walked in the courthouse all loud I could tell it was his insecurities showing. He pretended he was in bothered. Then knowing I hate his text messages he turned the volume all the way up so I could hear him receive and return texts when he was grey rocking me. His tactics worked, got in my head. Still ignored me after I dropped charges.
Being in a small town I’ve seen her a few times in public. She always turns red and gets away as soon as possible. Found out she was cheating and told her to take care of herself after she wanted a break.
I saw mine months afterwards.
He had the cheek to try and talk to me.
I said why would I want to talk to you when you treated me like crap...
I walked away from him then and carried on...

Mine have always tried to get back with me when they’ve seen me after our breakups. When I told my daughter’s dad’s gf that, he was PISSED. He didn’t want her to know of course.
