Messed up my comment so writing again lol. I did the Anhydrous solution first then the Good Molecules Niacinamide serum. Good thing I catched my error early haha. Started using the Anhydrous solution since I think it worked on my face better.

Hello Melissa, hope you are doing well. I’m a regular viewer of your videos.
Currently, I’m using tretinoin with snail mucin cream.it’s doing great on my face. I’m regularly using sunscreen as well.
Before using tretinoin I used to use ordinary Aha, Bha 30% peeling solution once a week. When I started using tretinoin I stopped using it for a while.
Last week I used that on my face and kept it for 5 minutes. It made my skin very dry. So now I want to change this with another exfoliating product.
As without exfoliation my skin doesn’t feel that good.

You could use a leave-on lactic acid, mandelic acid, or glycolic acid. However, since you are already using tretinoin, Lactic Acid 10% would likely be the best option. It's somewhat gentle and still does an excellent job of exfoliating the skin.

@@MelissaVanDijkOfficial Dear will you kindly elaborate. I am on epiduo at night. On weekends i also planning to use aha bha 30% peel but I am sure, my skin won't be able to tolerate. So, I will apply 10% lactic acid and do normal skincare on one day per week. Is it going to help? I have the same problem. Without exfoliation, my skin doesn't look polished.

Hello!! My current skincare routine is the Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner, The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution, I'm From Rice Toner, Salicylic Acid 2% Anhydrous Solution, The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Beauty Of Joseon Revive Eye Serum Ginseng + Retinal, Muji Moisturizing Cream. I put them in the order of how I put them on my face, I'm planning on using The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution once a week and continue doing the skincare routine I do after a week of the Peeling Solution. Do you have any recommendations of products, remove products from my skincare routine, or move them around from their orders!! It would be much appreciated if you can help me out, thank you so much!!

Hi Melissa. Heard the ordinary has discontinued Ascorbic Acid 8%+ Alpha Arbutin 2%. I use it the way you suggested and this is the only vitamin C that do not cause me any trouble otherwise every other vitamin C do not suit me.
It would be nice of you if u can make a video suggesting what else can we use instead of vitamin C including some good affordable vitamin C options as well.
    Thank you love and takecare.

Hmm, has it? I didn't hear anything about that. Where did you hear it?
But it's currently out of stock; maybe they're just reformulating it or having issues with their suppliers.
Have you already tried their Ascorbyl Glucoside?
Or, you could simply mix it yourself:

But that does not mean that it has been discontinued. And yes, I meant the Ascorbyl Glucoside 12%. I have had the best experience with the powder. An alternative would be G&G's C-Glow, if available.

@@MelissaVanDijkOfficial Definitely going to try g&g and also DIY.
      One of the video link:
      th-cam.com/video/N6M4x4JIfyk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yH7UDgSzuAFKO7-Q
There is definitely more evidence online that suggests that the serum is discontinued. I have been trying for more than 8 months to purchase it and that says a lot.

    • @MelissaVanDijkOfficial
      @MelissaVanDijkOfficial  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

Well, the same situation occurred with their SA solution and NIOD Survival Sunscreen. I, too, was misled by the random information online, but there was never an official statement from The Ordinary/Deciem. However, they eventually made a comeback. The SA solution was reformulated, and NIOD Survival was reintroduced after being out of stock for months, possibly even a year.
These videos, however, are primarily made for clickbait-to garner views and persuade you to buy other products using their links. I wouldn't lend them any credibility, even though they may be right occasionally. This sporadic accuracy is why people often fall for it, as I have experienced in the past.

I believe it won't be effective. If you have numerous nodules, it's recommended to consult a local doctor for treatment options that are not available over the counter.
