As an American most of these seem like they're from the US(however could have started anywhere), some seem older and some is newer. Also I'm bi and barely know much "gay" slang, I've wanted to learn but haven't had the time and I barely know regular slang as it is. So really could be any number of reasons you might not know them all.

Fun video! I’ve never heard the term “platinum gay” before. The term I’m used to is “gold-star gay/lesbian” which is someone who’s never had sex with the opposite sex. Maybe “platinum gay” is like the next level? “Not only have I never had sex with a woman, I was a C-section!” Seems like a strange thing to be proud of, personally.
Glad to hear I’m not the only one confused about “power bottom”. I’ve always used it to mean the second definition you listed and it’s only been in these kinds of videos that I’ve heard about the term meaning “an aggressive or dominant bottom”. I was starting to question my sanity a bit so it’s good to hear that other people also use it to mean “a bottom who can really take it”.
It's a bottom who can go for hours, who doesn't just lay there, who talks and makes noise during sex, who thrusts and takes an active role while bottoming and who can do most any position. Don't ask how I know.
Davey Wavey made up the term "platinum gay" because he himself is one. But yeah, normally people don't go higher than "gold star gay". And even that is borrowed from the original term, gold star lesbian.
I use neither of them but by definition I am platinum gay 😅 The reason I don't use it is it sounds discriminatory to me. As if implying who aren't platinum or gold star gay isn't gay enough. Idk maybe it's just me who thinks this way. 🤷♂️
