Actually the wheelbase is better than any compact, including the Octavia, which actually has a smaller wheelbase, but favors the trunk

I was joking with my own stepmum about that! Since Mum died in 96 she's been the kids de facto Granny. Told her to get a Honda Jazz back in 2007 and that car has never missed a beat for her/cost her anything. She's a happy Honda Gran!
